When wegot to the finance man Jay.

When wegot to the finance man Jay. He added things we did not want it cost us over $1000 more. When I question it I got the royal Run around. He also misrepresented the service contract. Be careful if you get a car from them.

Arrived at 6:50am for my appointment for service.

Arrived at 6:50am for my appointment for service. At 7 am the doors opened and a smiling team of employees with tablets (10-12 ppl) came out together and one went to each car / customer to greet and address their needs. Amazing to see and excellent customer care. From scheduling the appointment to completion of service simply the best. An Uber was provided so I did not have to spend hours waiting and this service is invaluable.
