I wanted to trade my car that I bought from auto nation 3

I wanted to trade my car that I bought from auto nation 3 years ago for 22,000. They said the car fax showed it to have been in a hail storm, and that the trade value was now only 6,000. It was not disclosed to me when I bought it that it had been hailed on , or I would never have paid 22,000$. The same company that rooked me when I bought it tried to rook me again when I wanted to trade . I will not do business there again .

The guys at AutoNation were great!

The guys at AutoNation were great! Our sales guy was so helpful and friendly, finance for us in and out efficiently. We even had little questions a few days after we bought our suburban and they were just as happy to talk us through it even after we drove off in our new car! We will absolutely be buying our vehicles from them in the future!

I took my truck in for a trailer brake light problem.

I took my truck in for a trailer brake light problem. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I told them exactly what was wrong at that point, and they gave it to another repair technician, and he said that nothing was wrong with it. I went and picked it up and it continues having the same issues. Any trailer I hook on to all of the lights stay on all of the time. The only way to get them to go off is to unplug the trailer. They keep telling me it is the trailer, it is not, it does it on every trailer that I hook on to, which is about 6 different trailers. Highly disappointed in my service at Autonation

I am absolutely impressed with the customer service I

I am absolutely impressed with the customer service I received during my trying times as I was traveling from California to Kansas. From the moment I drove into the bay everyone was kind attentive and knowledgeable. Christian was my service advisor and he was amazing. And the service manager Was also very good on her. Follow up and generosity. I ended up having to go to another Chevy dealership, and it piled in comparison. This location is being managed very very well. Satisfied, customer, Amy
