I have purchased two cars from this dealership and have been very pleased with the service I have received. After my first experience, my sales representative was Nelly Morello, she was incredible. Today I stopped by to look at the Nissan Titan, trying to trade in my current truck. Unfortunately, we could not make a deal today but once again, Nelly was very patient with me and showed me the truck and Explain to me the financing and the numbers just did not work for me. There was no bully, tactics or hidden agendas. She was very transparent and easy to work with as always. This is why I continue coming back to this dealership. Made an appointment for service and was greeted right away. The service tasks were explained and waiting area was pleasant. Service was completed in a timely manner and staff was friendly. All around pleasant experience.
