I felt like I was being conned the entire time I was here. They wanted me to pay for software updates before they would tell me what was wrong with my... vehicle. I went to another dealership in the same city who immediately assisted me and installed the necessary software. The "other dealership" was much more in tune to assist me and was interested in helping me repair my vehicle in a professional manner. I am so disappointed with Coggin Nissan on ATLANTIC. Please take my advice and go see the other dealership in this city rather than Coggin Nissan on ATLANTIC!
I visited another Coggin dealership and had a horrible experience. Right after that I visited Coggin Nissan and had the complete opposite! It was a Saturday... night, late and we were greeted by Kieth, Dennis, Sam and Robert, they all had the best attitude and acted like I was their only customer all day! Leadership like Thiers goes a long way! They truly built a relationship with me and my family and I will refer them to everyone I know! Thank you to my Nissan family!

It was good just a bit of a wait but overLl good service.
My elderly father (79 years old) has been having his oil changed for the Nissan car he purchased at this dealership for many years. In July of this year,... he became very ill and asked the I bring his car in for an oil change. A couple of days after, he noticed a large oil spot in his driveway and garage. He took his car to his mechanic and was told that he had lost a lot of oil because when the oil was changed there was a plug that was not properly closed. I visited the dealership and informed them of this and asked for reimbursement for the amount that he paid his mechanic to look at the car and add oil. I provided a copy of the receipt and asked that the Chris Dhaupaul contact me. Never received a phone call, followed up and Mr. Dhaupaul asked that I e-mail the receipt. I asked that he reply and let me know he received the info. He never contacted me. I followed up again and he said he had handed it over to his Service Manager, Shawn Moore. I asked what that meant and he never responded. I contacted Mr. Moore a couple of days ago and requested a return call. To date, he has failed to contact me. I am thankful that my Dad's car was not damaged because of this negligence as well as thankful that he nor my mom were not hurt or inconvenienced as he usually has his oil changed at this Coggin Nissan dealership before driving to visit me (5 hours from Jacksonville). The lack of care and follow-up on this service negligence issue for a long-term customer is totally unacceptable.
They did what they were suppose to do. Tuesday after 2 pm got right in and out!

Lauriehas been my service rep at Coggin Nisssan on Atlantic Blvd for over 10 years and I would not go anywhere. I love Laurie
3 visits: 1) oil change, tire rotation and sonar issue; 2) back for sonar issue... and they changed oil and rotated tires again for no reason 3) Sonar... issue... I had to call to get part ordered, wrong part ordered, I had to call to check if part came in and schedulebservice, then when I got there - learned they ordered the wrong part and now backordered.. To me this is 0 customer service ... I have now come for service 3 times from Fernandina Beach and basically got a “sorry” ... no offer to compensate for gas ... so now when the part comes I hope someone will call and set up a service appointment... another point... I called 3 tines and never received a call back after leaving message for my service rep and service manager..
Great service agents, very professional and courteous.
