Overall, my experience was great.

Overall, my experience was great. The service department were prompt, friendly, flexible, and very helpful. Laurie, one of the service reps even offered to drive me to get some food or drink if did not want the snacks or beverages they provided in the waiting area.

Sales man was a great guy.

Sales man was a great guy. He was down to earth which was easy to work with. I was looking to stay my monthly payment round 550 but walk out with a 640. Hopefully I can refinance so that monthly payment goes down

Lee is wonderful! He?s been great throughout the whole process of my diagnosis even when he had to deliver bad news about my car.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. They fully serviced my vehicle within an hour, including the recall i did not know was active. Everyone was nice and hospitable. I will recommend them to every one!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. The car we bought has 4 bald tires but they claim it “passes their safety inspection” - our tire guy can’t believe they let it on a road with dry rotted tires. They told us there were 2 key fobs but lied - there’s only one plus a case. Refused to get us a second key. TAKE your money somewhere else ! Oh their manager - she’s horrible. If she hates her job so much she should go elsewhere

The vehicle was purchased As-Is after your husband personally inspected it with our Service Manager. During that conversation, your husband acknowledged the condition of the tires and discussed the option of returning later for a discounted tire replacement if desired. Additionally, at the time of your purchase, there was indeed another customer interested in the same vehicle, and we were transparent about that to ensure all parties had the same information. We do apologize for the confusion regarding the key fobs. We understand how important this is, and we will be reaching out to you directly to see if we can assist in obtaining a second key to help resolve that concern. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you feel supported even after your purchase.
