Jake Keough, a new car sales manager, is a detail person.
Jake Keough, a new car sales manager, is a detail person. When you talk with him, you feel confident that what he tells you is 100% correct. He makes other employees’ jobs easier because of what he does behind the scenes. For me. He is my go to person and enhances Gault Toyota Dealership.

After spending $2000 on new brakes, I drove my car
After spending $2000 on new brakes, I drove my car yesterday with awful sounds. Had it checked out the rear differential is shot with rusting and holes underneath. It was also passed inspection at Gault. They are very dishonest. Could have told me the car wasn’t worth fixing and I would have used the $2000 down on a new used car. I am furious at this company. Shame!

Gault service center should have been honest with me. I have wasted over $4000 to service a car I cannot drive. The brakes were fixed but you didn’t tell me how bad the rear differential was. I would have bought a used car from you but I’m done with Gault Toyota in Endicott. I will tell my friends to go elsewhere. So angry!!

Deb Federovich top notch salesperson. Handled my purchases and leases seamlessly. The service dept also does a great job scheduling appointments and taking care of whatever needs to be done. I’ve recommended this dealership many times based on my experience with them over the years.

Poor Communication Shafts Potential Customer
Vehicle was posted to Cars.com without pictures, so I called the dealership to confirm they had the car. They bounced me between three phone lines before telling me the car was sold a week prior. Three days later, the Cars.com listing populates with 25+ photos. I call the very next day, and the salesman tells me I can reserve the car with a payment after work. He promptly sells the car after getting off the phone with me, even after I agree with him to call after my shift. Clearly, this dealership doesn’t have their hand around technology and their sales staff is more worried about commission than working with everyday folks. Won’t be reaching out unless absolutely necessary.

A car dealership worth driving 2 hours get to!!!
In the current environment of cars selling before they are delivered to the dealerships and dealers asking for 5k markups above MSRP. This dealership is a rare find. They sold me a Prius prime limited at 1.5k below MSRP. I had to drive 2 hours to get to them but it was worth it!! Trevor was a great salesman and everything was exactly as described. Even though there are closer dealerships this is one that I will be returning to in the future.

Great Sales personal, Abhorrent management
I worked with Debbie at Gualt Toyota to help my grandmother get a new car and I can not recommend her any more highly! She is very patient and knowledgeable and made the process easy. So why 3 stars? The sleazy Business manager left such a bad taste in my mouth I almost walked away from the deal. It’s like he wanted us to. After making if VERY clear we did not a warranty he pulled every sleazy trick in the book to scare my 85 year old grandmother into getting it. This guy is the textbook car dealer that you get warned against and the kind that makes people hate buying cars, worst of all it seems anyone who wants to forgo a warranty will have to deal with this guy. Seriously I can’t emphasis how close he came to blowing up the deal.
