Global Belle Meade

They were very responsive getting back to me and answering all my questions. I did not buy a car yet, but would feel comfortable with them.

I'll start with the positives.  I found the exact car I was looking for (2003 Porsche 911) at a reasonable, but not exceptional, price.  Working with Chris the sales process was not difficult.  He provided his cell number which was helpful since this transaction was being done completely remotely.  They took the car to the shop where the PPI was done the day I asked and then went and picked it up.  A fedex envelope was sent to me so I could send back the purchase agreement.  Chris found an enclosed delivery option for me at a good price that could deliver the car promptly.  The delivery was a bit of an adventure since the car was delivered on the date promised but at 11:45PM and with a vehicle behind it on the trailer that had a dead battery.  I had to provide a vehicle and jumper cables (at midnight) so that my car could be off loaded.  Now the negatives.  The car was extremely dirty on the outside.  Mostly dust that washed right off when I took it to the car wash the next day.  But still.  More annoyingly, the gas tank was almost completely empty.  To the point that I had to fill it with a gas can because I wasn't sure it could make it to the gas station two miles away.  I've never purchased any car before now that wasn't delivered spotlessly clean and with a full tank of gas.  Finally, I had to call almost a month later when I had not received the title.  Was told that there was a problem with the payoff to the previous lien holder.  After a week with no update I called and left another message.  No return call.  The title was fedexed the day after Christmas with no notification to me.  We were away that week so it sat on my front steps until January 3rd when we returned.  Fortunately this very valuable document was still there.  Poor communication at best.  Overall, I'm very happy to have found the car I was looking for but my interaction with Global Motorsports was pretty average.

Forgive the length of this review, but I feel it is important to share the incredible experience I had with Global Motorsports Belle Meade in detail. My father suffered some health issues in February, including a stroke, and in April while he was still in the hospital recovering my parents decided to go from a two car family to a one car family. My mother had a specific vehicle in mind she wanted and after some searching came across a Mercedes GLE at GMBM. It's worth noting my parents live in Memphis. I told them I would go and check out the vehicle. I called GMBM and spoke with Chance. After telling him what was going on he passed me on to the manger, Cush Conner. From the moment we spoke Cush made me feel like I was his only customer. Not once did Cush pressure us into buying the car. He listened to what it was we were looking for and wanted, answered all questions we had, and understanding all at hand with my parents and my father being in the hospital helped walked us through everything needed, and even handled things for us and immediately would confirm when something was done. When needing personal information for the purchase from my mother Cush did everything to make it a very easy process for her. I also would like to mention that after comparing their prices with that of similar vehicles across the country, GMBM was incredibly fair in their pricing! I will certainly return as a customer, and plan on recommending them to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!

I recently listed a car for sale, and within 24 hours, Chance at Global Motorsports made contact with me. It was almost a completely effortless experience. It literally was, agreed on price, took the vehicle to the dealership (but was offered that someone would come pick it up), a 5 minute test drive, 3 signatures and I was out the door with a check in hand. The guys at Global Motorsports Belle Meade are great. They treated my wife and I with respect and professionalism. They have really nice, clean, quality cars. While they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, there was no pressure to buy their vehicle. They went out of their way to accommodate us and to follow up with us. I would have been very comfortable buying a car through them. I will definitely go back when I am in the market for another vehicle.
