This is a grandma that bought a 2006 Honda for her

This is a grandma that bought a 2006 Honda for her grandson around the first of January. I'm sorry to report that everything that possibly could go wrong with it did. I was hoping to get at least One good year for spending $5000 but Chas we didn't. Things started going wrong almost immediately. I know that it's sold as is but it broke my heart to see how sad it made my grandson.

Great Experience

Chase was awesome to work with. Single mom looking for a car for her teenage daughter. We had experienced “mansplaining” and driving a long distance only to find a defective car (Bunker Lake Motors), so I asked a bunch of questions before we went to see the car at Kuehn Motors. Chase was very patient and answered all that he could and found out the answers to the ones he couldn’t. Once we got there, the car was exactly as Chase had described it, actually even cleaner than we had expected. The whole process was easy and no surprises or pressure.

I made the mistake of buying a car from Kuehn.

Be aware, be very aware with this dealership. I was not aware enough. My first indication should have been when they asked me to leave a 5 star rating BEFORE leaving the dealership on the day of purchase. I have never had that happen before. Many bad things happened in my purchase, my fault for being trusting. Be aware, take pics of what you are getting to prevent any switches. And the icing on the cake was when I took possession of the vehicle and Tom said "If you are happy with the transaction leave us a 5 star rating. If you are not, don't leave anything". I now understand why, and why they have many 5 star ratings. Too many people leaving reviews before receiving their vehicles. Just be very careful here.

Hi Tim, I know you looked at more than one Transit the day you were here and that caused some confusion for you. We told you for the price you wanted to pay you could have the van we had not renewed the tabs on yet. That was the one you test drove and bought, you and I went over the vin number to verify it. I know you had concerns with breaks, the van was a 2017 with 17k miles on it, and you told me you were going to have your local Ford dealer check them and call me if there was a problem. To this date I have not heard from you about any problems, I assume with the low miles there were no issues. I know you looked at a couple vans that were all the same the only difference was the tabs.You checked the van here at the store before you took delivery yourself. I hope the van is working out for you if you have any questions you have my number and email. Thanks Mike

Honest Fair prices with great service!

Made an appt to see Mustang and when we pulld up Bob had it already to go. Car was pulled in to garage so it was warm and clean. They gave me a fair price for our trade right upfront without hassle. Mike and Bob were both a pleasure to work with and the Fiancne lady made the process fast and easy. I am in the car business myself so I REALLY appreciate when I can receive this service from another dealer without them knowing I'm in car business myself. A great job --Highly recommend! Thank you!

Transparent, Honest Sales Process

We drove over 200 miles to get to Kuehn to purchase a vehicle that was a great price and the amount given on the trade-in was more than fair. The sales process was stress free and easy to follow taking less than an hour. The only thing was follow-up on follow through after the sale of the vehicle. We expected communication regarding a second set of key's for the vehicle, but I had to call back several times and still don't know the status. A small detail, but leads me to believe that one should not sign until everything is taken care of. Other than kind follow-up emails, there was no true follow-up.
