Came in for an oil change today and received great customer service. Although I came in on Friday, around noon, the oil change was done quickly. I always receive this kind of service when I visit.

I use Coggin Toyota for all my parts a service needs. I usually deal with Chris and Ron, who I find both extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They take care of my 3 Toyota’s very well. I feel like they never try to upsell me on items or repairs I don’t need; however, they do look for any existing issues.

Went to the dealer thursday to set up an appt for Saturday. Spoke with Chris who shared what the problem could be. Dropped it off at 7:40 and got a results text within 45 minutes with what the problem was. Approved the fix via text and got a phone message about an hour later that the car was ready. Great service. Definitely recommend Coggin and Chris Garcia as a Service Advisor.
