Coggin Toyota at the Avenues

Only concern is the discovery of misinterpretation of brake wear that almost resulted in unnecessary brake job. The issue introduces uncertainty about the training or competence of some members of the service staff. Managers were all very courteous and solicitous.

I believe there is always room for improvement. Below are some of the negative experiences I had during my last service. 1) Asked for a car wash, which was not done. 2) Asked the technician to take a look at the window rubber strap issue - wasn't given any update regarding the same. 3) Came in at 8.00 AM and had to wait till 9.45 AM to get into a shuttle back to home. Keeping this aside, I would also like to mention that the newly assigned manager (forgot his name) is just awesome. He was very friendly and took out time to interact with me and made sure we are completely satisfied with our visit. I appreciate his efforts and will be there for my next service too. Thanks, Vish

Coggin Toyota delivers the best service for maintanence and repair of my Camry. I keep coming back, even though there are two Toyota dealships with service departments much closer to my home. I have used independent repair shops in the past, specifically I had always been a fan of RPM. I've given up using RPM or that Toyota dealership on Youngerman Circle because they do not work like Coggin Toyota, work done correctly the first time.

Chase was wonderful at explaining all the work that was done. He made sure I had no questions before I left and made me feel at ease.

Tom Yonkers was a terrific employee to word with. You have a really good employee. When problem with transmission is fixed I will feel much better toward my Camry.

I would say easiest car purcahse ever. my sales person was very nice and easy to deal with. did most of the deal by text cause im very busy at work and always there. they had my new truck cleaned and ready to go when i arrived to complete the purchase paperwork. was in a out ith my new truck in about and hour and a half. very fast. overall exp was as good as it could have possibly been. would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to visit this dealship!. thanks i love my new truck!!

The quality of work and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. I noticed and rated customer service a fraction lower due to setting an appointment ahead of time and was serviced at the same pace as an individual that came in without an appointment. I recommend this particular location for their overall quality of work performed.

Steve was always very professional when I was working with him to find the perfect car. He got back to me quickly and followed up with new information.

Michael Gordon was very easy to work with. My wife will be the primary driver. Micheal did a great job explaining features and how things worked (our first hybrid), both during test drives and upon taking delivery.

Upon checking in we had fast and frienddly service. The vehicle was ready within the estimated time. A text message informed us the car was ready for pickup. Checking out was fast and painless, and the service done was of quality.
