Scheduled appointment for synthetic oil change online for my truck. I was on time and they took my truck back into the garage within 5minutes (great). I waited at the dealership assuming oil change would take 30-60 minutes tops. Wrong. It took nearly 3 hours! Crazy!!

I am amending my original review based on an extremely positive phone call with the Coggin General Manager today. I initially felt we did not receive a fair trade-in for our 2013 Corolla, but after speaking with the GM, was most kind to take time out of his day to return my call, I now have a much greater appreciation for how Coggin runs their business. I now understand that the deal we received was more than equitable and I have a fresh new perspective of Coggin Toyota. I will definitely go to Coggin for my next new vehicle when that time comes. I sincerely appreciate the responsiveness of the Coggin GM and his detailed explanation of their business model. I am a much happier customer now! Thank you!

Mr. Clark, I called and left a message in your voicemail on Friday, July 25. Waiting to hear back from you. I would sincerely appreciate an opportunity to resolve the inequitable trade-in value we we offered ($2,000) considering the Kelly Blue Book range I presented to Ty ($5,600 to $7,200), which he flatly denied was the true value. Your immediate sales price in your website of nearly $12,000 is clear evidence to me that we were lied to and cheated out of an honest and fair trade-in value. Thank you.

He asked specific questions to uncover our needs and demonstrated text book knowledge when providing us with product answers.
