Tiffany Moore is a great salesperson, I wasn’t intended
Tiffany Moore is a great salesperson, I wasn’t intended to buy a vehicle there due to the fact that I had an appointment with in another appointment somewhere else later that day. She did an excellent job convincing me to go on a test drive, she was very knowledgeable and let’s just say a couple hours later I was driving off with my new vehicle. Job Well Done…..

Hunter did a great job.
Hunter did a great job. He helped push the paperwork through so I could get back to Auburn in time to meet another commitment. He did a great job of walking me through the car's features. I was disappointed that the parts department didn't have the common accessories I wanted (wheel locks, floor mats, and Acura license plate frame). I would have thought these were pretty common parts for new car purchasers. My thanks to all the folks that put the sale together. Cloice Temple

The absolute worst experience with Acura of Columbus.
The absolute worst experience with Acura of Columbus. I had my vehicle towed here for a repair (rear passenger caught a nail). Unbeknownst to me they didn’t have a tire in stock which I understood and authorized them to get a tire for my vehicle. Next thing you know they’re not even working on my vehicle. I called up this store more than 10x trying to get an update on my vehicle. Even when I got it towed and beforehand I tried to call. I should’ve taken it as a sign that the service department would be an absolute dumpster fire. They don’t pick up the phone and you have to call the sales department to get an answer on something service should be handling. It’s one thing to be busy but there’s no excuse for not even one person reaching out.
