Purchased my 04 F250 around a year ago. The buying process was great did everything over phone drove 3 1/2 hours to the dealership test drove truck signed papers and took it home. No issues with vehicle and would definitely buy from them again

We have bought 5 vehicles from these guys. If there was a problem with the vehicles they fixed it. They treat us good and do what they can to get us in a vehicle..

I bought a car from them and since the day I drove it home I've had never-ending problems. Do not waste your time and money at this dealship like I have.

I bought my 3rd vehicle from Lou about 4 months ago and it is the best truck I've ever had. I'm just a regular blue collar type that really never bought new.' Before coming to Lou, I became disabled and medical bills took a toll on my credit. Lou had me in a reliable truck in 2 maybe 3 days. That truck never cost me a dime in repairs. Fast forward to my 3rd truck and I've been able to upgrade each time. I absolutely love my Silverado. I am sorry for taking so long to show my appreciation. This is a small family owned business so there are not all bells and whistles of a large corporate dealer. BUT...If you are looking for fast, friendly, honest & courteous service...this is the place! My nephew was looking to purchase his first vehicle and I recommended C&L Auto. Pictures on website do not do car justice! I find it very hard to believe that another person reviewed the pictures on the website and when they arrived the car was not as pictured and there was all the damage that they claimed. I have purchased a vehicle, my son has purchased a vehicle and my nephew has also purchased a vehicle from C&L auto WITHOUT ANY COMPLANTS what so ever on the vehicles themselves or the buying process! I would defiantly recommend this dealer!! Will definitely buy from again when I am ready for another purchase

My husband and I have bought several cars n pickup trucks from this dealer. They addressed our concerns as well to minor problems with the cars. They also work with you if you have a problem. 1st & foremost I don't trust most used car dealers- or car sales people for that matter... known too many people in the business so I am keenly aware of all the tricks. Yes, this is a small family business that does not have all the bells & whistles which lowers their over head=better price for buyer. Let's face it used cars need repairs otherwise people would have held onto them till they died. They addressed all concerns & had them fixed to my specifications.

FIrst off im 7 months pregnant and i was looking for a car. I found one i liked at this used dealer but they were 4 hours from my house. So i called in advanced and explained to the man that i was pregnant and didnt have much money and could not afford to drive 4 hours for a car that had problems... He assured me the car was "perfect". I asked him more about the car and he said there was some minor dings and light scratches nothing noticeable unless you were looking for it. I asked about the interior as there was no pictures of the interior and only one of the exterior. He told me the interior was great one owner non smoker car. He said the leather was like no with no tears or anything. He said they received the car as a trade in and it was meticulously cared for. So after he reassured me it was in great condition we agreed on a price. I had several thousand down and they got me approved through a bank for the rest. I set everything else up insurance etc so that i could just go there and grab it an head back home. So we drive all the way there and once we pulled up there was several visible large dents on the outside. The windshield had a large crack in it , the rear bumper cover was falling off, there was water in the spare wheel well. there was parts missing to the cars interior and exterior and to top it all of it was not leather. The car was filthy and wreaked of cigarettes i immediately complained and before i could finish the list of things wrong with it was told to leave and "thanks for coming". I went inside to complain that i had drove all this way after i was reassured it was in great condition only to come to a piece of junk that belongs in the scrap yard. its not worth all the repairs it needed. Upon going insides the place is a dump, it was filthier then the car and looked like they live there. A few minutes later the owner shows up and i explain everything to him. He tells me he will give me 100 off other then that im wasting his time. I became upset as im pregnant and my finace called lawyers and we will be filing a small claims case with a lawyer. Do not go to this place, save yourself the trouble. The cars are junk and they are heartless liars. I dont know how they are in business. I will be posting to every review board so these people dont do this to anyone else and i will be contacting the bbb etc.... i could go on about other things about this place but you have been warned! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

ALso they had said the record on the car was clean but didnt want to show me the carfax.i insisted and when i got there it they handed me another type of carfax not sure i think it said autocheck. The car had 2 accidents and was in a auto auction right before they got it so they lied about that as well. Cost me over 100 in gas plus i took the day of work and so did my finace and we had our 2 year old son with us through this whole ordeal. save yourself now an stay away from this place.
