Spent spent a lot of time researching electric vehicles that would fit into my daily needs and finally settled on the Fiat 500e for the range and price I was after. Paramount motors let me test drive on my own, gave me the expected price for my trade-in, handled my lost title issue, and certainly didn’t pressure me to look at any more expensive vehicles. I would recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a used electric car. Loving the Fiat.

2014 Ford Focus Electric
I just recently purchased a Ford Focus Electric from Paramount Motors and had the pleasure to enjoy a quick and easy purchase. I showed up near closing time and expressed an interest in the Ford Focus Electric. I was allowed to take it for a test drive and after seeing the car was in good condition, I agreed to take it for the asking price. What was amazing was how quickly Robert got me out the door with the necessary paperwork completed. Less than 30 minutes! I delivered the cashier's check on a Tuesday, and by Thursday the car was being delivered to my home address. Thank you Paramount Motors!
2014 Ford Focus Electric

Great experience
Great experience - no pressure and very informative. Not super friendly but it was fraightfoward and honest. The showroom was basic but very clean and the whole process was extremely fast.

Great communication.
I engaged the vendor through cars.com and asked for email engagement only to start. They complied, answered all my questions via email, includes vehicle inspection reports, car fax and quick reply in follow up emails. Unfortunately the car sold before I was able to get to dealership. But they were great during my initial engagement.

Great buying experience
Peter knew the specs and details of the car I was buying. There was no pressure and I could take all the time necessary to test everything out and go for a test drive. Price was straightforward with no haggling. Great value purchase. I will recommend to others.

Unresponsive...
Been trying to communicate with these folks about a car availability. All I got was a, "Yeah, it's still here. Come on by." When I e-mailed back with follow-up questions, I never got a reply back. Frustrating when trying to do this thru a busy schedule.

Definitely worth visiting
Peter and Robert are friendly, non-nonsense professionals who seek out great deals through auction, and work on reasonable margins. They recently found (and we promptly bought) a 2013 Passat with just 7,000 miles for much less that the virtually identical 2015 model. And their showroom is packed with a great selection of used, top-name brands in excellent condition.
Definitely worth visiting

No follow up.
They did not answer any of my questions about the Mazda 6 that I called them about. They took my phone number, but no call back nor any follow up to my inquires. They did not respond to my email message as well. We will look elsewhere for our next vehicle.
