I searched at many places for the perfect used car. Chris was the most helpful by far. He met all my needs and was extremely helpful and informative. He had the car I was interested in all ready to test drive. Everything he had in his lot looked quality and was clean and ready to go. When it came to processing paper work it was so smooth and easy! There wasn’t all these “added fees” like I experienced at other places. Chris handled everything even down to DMV procedures. I prayed for this car searching process to go as smoothly as possible after loosing my car in a large car accident and Chris was my car angel! Could not be happier in my new car that drives like a dream✨

This lot has great selection of cars. Cris is super helpful & easy to work with! He is very say going, but super efficient at meeting your progra. His cars drive very well! Highly recommend

I bought a Fiat 500e from JNB Motors and am thoroughly impressed. The car is in fantastic condition; almost new. A lot of used car dealers don't do much to their merchandise, but this car showed pride of ownership. When I picked up the car, it was washed, the interior looked like it came off a showroom floor...no funny smells, nothing broken,... just a perfect little car. And the whole sales process was straight forward and quick. Everything was explained to me, got copies of all the documents, and most of all....NO FAKE FEES OR CHARGES. Another dealer tried to charge me smog related fees....on an electric car and then a licensing fee despite me being an out of state buyer....I would definitely buy another car from them.

Very pleasant experience! No pressure whatsoever! Friendly and jovial sales person, I asked what was needed for test drive he said "nothing just a license" and tossed me the keys! Took the car for a leisurely spin (sales person didn't even come with, just gave us the car), fell in love. What a great machine. The salesman even offered to take a little off the top when I asked if he could do better, no back and forth required. Checkout process was smooth and easy and the car is holding up well. Thanks jnb for the glimmer of hope during some tough times

Chris was excellent at car knowledge, organization and customer service. I immediately trusted him after our conversations, before and after I test drove the car that I ultimately purchased. He explained his business reasoning well and he never "overly sold" me, which I really appreciated. The dealership definitely showed strong community history and good relationships as it is part of the neighborhood in Alhambra. These "contactless" questions do not apply, as it was important to me to do all of this transaction "face to face" or really "mask to mask." He did arrange pick-up at my home to the dealership the next day so I could pick up my purchase. It really was very seamless. Only small issue is that I still need to receive the remote. I did receive chip key.

We tested the car, JNB allowed us to make two payments. JNB will take care of DMV processes and mail these to us. We took the car home. The service was excellent.

This avalon, remember this is over 20 years old. The only complaint is the battery went out. Not bad for an old car with less than 200 grand on the odometer

LEEEEMMMOOOOONS! ALL THEIR CARS ARE GARBAGE I HAD TO REBUILD THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION JUST TOBHAVE THE DEALER ILEGALLY REPOSSESS THE CAR IM IN COURT NOW DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
