I appreciate Brannon Snead, the dealership’s General

I appreciate Brannon Snead, the dealership’s General Manager. Although he was direct and to the point, he was extremely fair and cared about my needs. Wish more people were like him. Thank you Brannon for being a straight shooter!

I bought a 2024 Toyota Highland in May(ish) of 2024.

I bought a 2024 Toyota Highland in May(ish) of 2024. The 2nd day I had it the check engine light came on due to a brake malfunction (I can't remember the exact code, but something similar). I took it in to get looked at, but the light had gone out by the time my appointment and they looked it over and couldn't recreate the problem, so off I went. About a week later it came back on, so I immediately took it to the shop. They gave me a rental while they had my car. They figured it was the catalytic converter so they replaced it. Got my car back and about a week later the light came back on. Took it back in and they gave me another rental - Thought it was the software update. About another week later it came back on, they gave me another rental -this time a little over a week and discovered the catalytic converter they originally replaced was bad. So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's fixed. But, the service department has been great to work with through this experience.

Bought a 2024 Tacoma.

Bought a 2024 Tacoma. They did what they said they would do and gave me everything I paid for. Tried to upsell me stuff and accepted me telling them no I don’t want it. Good experience and hopefully won’t need a new vehicle for many years.

Hello, I purchased a used “as is” $8k vehicle with 74k

Hello, I purchased a used “as is” $8k vehicle with 74k miles on it in my area from Peter Boulware Toyota. It broke down after less than two months. The dealership has ghosted me and refuses to return my emails, calls, and attempts to speak with managers. This week, I discovered that the car in question was taken to a local ford dealer in January with transmission issues. At the end of the service, the mechanic noted that the transmission issues were unresolved. I just received print outs of this upon receiving visiting the original dealership the car was first sold at. Carfax only shows that the transmission was chexked, not that anything was wrong with it. Peter Boulware Toyota then sold the car to me with a sticker saying that the transmission, brakes, and tires were in good condition by check mark. In fact, PB never checked the transmission because they are incapable of servicing fords. The service manager is the one that told me via text that they don’t have that capability. I was told this when I tried to bring the car in to get fixed after it broke down. I still have this text message. I can’t believe my experience and how Ive been treated, not to mention how Ive been renting a car for the past two weeks be cause my car is out of commission.

How can I give Peter Boulware of Tallahassee a negative

How can I give Peter Boulware of Tallahassee a negative star rating? This dealership is full of con men starting with Peter Boulware himself.High prices, dishonest sales tactics,no empathy for their customers, etc. Please shop at other nearby Toyota dealers like dealers in Thomasville, Ga. or Valdosta Ga.

I had an issue on my rear brake rotor surface.

I had an issue on my rear brake rotor surface. My odometer was 870miles. They ignored my issued. and They told me that if you feel more vibration and unstable, bring your car to us again. I was very disappointed at their response and working attitude. I hope Tallahassee will be able to get one more Toyota dealer.

Do your research before coming here or you WILL get

Do your research before coming here or you WILL get scammed!!! I gave two stars because of my salesman. If it wasn’t for him I would have gave one. Before I explain, I want to say Thank you to my salesman Josh Schell. He is a great salesman and had so much patience with me. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. Now, Mr. Thom Morrow, the sales manager, was a completely different experience. Both offers he made on a 2024 4Runner was a complete scam. The window price was $8,000 more than Cars.com. Once I mentioned that to him, he said he would have to look into it. I said “I have it here on my phone”. Then he replied, “ I know what you’re taking about”. Then I noticed he only offered my payoff amount for my trade in. Which is $6,000 to $8,000 below what KBB value is. He also added so many fees and warranties to the end of this offer that it made the offer $20,000 more than the window price. Add that up and if I didn’t do my research, I could have paid $14,000 to $16,000 or more plus a down payment that he said I would need. After telling him that there was no way I was going to agree to that, he comes back with another offer that deducted the $8,000 and gave me $6,000 plus my payoff( which is still under KBB value. He gave a xx reason for that too) and dropped a few fees but then added a $800 technology fee and $200 window tint fee. I still didn’t agree with that offer, so he shook my hand and walked away. Josh on the other hand, tried one more time to negotiate, but Thom didn’t agree, until I left the dealership. I wasn’t even out of the parking lot before Josh called me and said that they will agree to my terms. But I said no thank you, i don’t trust Thom. I could have bought the 4 Runner and probably a used car with the amount of money that Thom was trying to scam me out of. I will never go there again. I will travel 2 to 4 hours away to buy a 2024 4Runner.
