I live in NH and purchased a vehicle from Tampa Bay Auto Network. They are the most professional, polite and easy people to work with. The customer service they provided to me was outstanding. Mike and Lou were honest and thorough throughout the entire process. Lou took the time to walk around the car with me while I was on the telephone with him asking questions about the car. Mike handled the financial side along with the shipping and made the paperwork very easy to do via e-mails and explained in detail what I need to do on my side to complete the transaction. They went the extra mile to show me pictures of my corvette being loaded on the trailer after working hours and updated me on the progress until my car was delivered. He has been the most helpful guy Iv ever spoken to from any business. I had a lot of concerns buying out of state but he was very patient and really helped walk me through the process of buying. After walking out on a local Honda dealership because of their selling shennigans I stopped at Tampa Auto Network and found the same car but two years newer and in 100% better condition. Orlando did not pressure me and even gave me the keys to test drive by myself. He explained all buying options and I never felt pressured. He put together a great deal for me,better than Wesley Chapel Honda for same car but two years older and I got a better quality automobile and better treatment. Thank you Orlando and all the guys for the great buying experience. If you are looking for a quality used car come here first,don't waste your time anywhere else,like I did. All of their cars look showroom new just like the one I purchased. Also, all the information and pictures on the website/cars.com was correct in fact my car looked better in person.
