I had a great experience at with the sales team and the
I had a great experience at with the sales team and the service team after buying my beautiful truck from them I did have one issue with the truck and the whole team made every effort to correct the issue even though it took a longer time than expected they didn't give up correcting it and stayed in contact during the entire time. I highly recommend this company and if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle with them I believe that you will be very satisfied. I just want to say to the whole team thank you very much and I appreciate everything that you did for me!

Pleasant experience, treated like family.
Joel was very polite and helpful with answering all our questions on the vehicles and the buying process. All of the other personnel that we had contact with, the GM, James Edwards the Finance Mgt and last but not least Retired NCSHP Tabbet we’re all very friendly and helpful. Went in to look at a truck for me and ended up purchasing two, one for the wife with no pressure to buy. All a pleasant experience.

There will be no next time!
I went to look at and purchase a white Rubicon. I called in advance and spoke with Noah and told him the exact time that I would be there. I drove 45 minutes to their dealership to be told that they had sold the car. Never again. Buyer beware.

Choose Wisely!!
This started mostly well, but, deteriorated from there. It was my emotional mistake in agreeing to pay an non-refundable $1000 deposit, before I could even test drive a premium vehicle. Is this normal? You decide. After lots of research, from another state, I was quite certain that this was the car I wanted to purchase, a Porsche 911. Fortunately, I ended up making a purchase one week later, at a different dealership, on a CPO version, the same make/model, and, with a few very desirable features. Unfortunately, my haste in making the deposit, before the test drive, under the assumption that another choice would not emerge in the time that I was performing due diligence, cost me $1000. There was also a bit of unaddressed business that was not properly handled during the week, until they sensed the possible loss of business. There was even the gall to ask me not to take the test drive at the second dealership. I also found out that the CPO process was dismissed, and/or, mischaracterized by this dealer, as an incentive for me to bypass my 2nd choice. Was this deliberate? You decide. Who's the priority here? You decide for yourself if this is worth the risk. By the way, I was not required to make a deposit at my final dealership before making a test drive!!! Choose wisely!!

I want to start by saying I am not a big review writer.
I want to start by saying I am not a big review writer. I also don't believe every review I read online. After my experience at this dealership, I was compelled to post a review. After finding a vehicle on their website that interested me, My wife and I went to the showroom to take a look. The information provided on the website was accurate and the pictures were very detailed. When we arrived at the showroom at opening time on a Saturday we were greeted immediately, offered assistance. We were not anywhere close to a buying decision at this point we just wanted to look at the vehicle, and "Try it on." after about 10 minutes we decided we liked the vehicle but we wanted to look at others and consider whether we wanted to purchase. We talked to Chris and let him know we liked his vehicle, but we were not ready to make a decision. He provided us with his card and personal contact information, and we were out the door. That's correct no pressure at all, thanked us for coming in, and we got the information we needed in 10 mins. and we left. We looked at 4 other dealers with similar vehicles both new and used and we did some online recon, all day Saturday. About 8:30 that evening I contacted Chris by text and asked if we could schedule a test drive. He immediately responded and set us up with an appointment for Monday. It is worth mentioning the experience we had at all 4 other dealers was a complete waste of time. I don't want to muddy this review up with the bad experiences we had at all 4 other dealers. We reached out to Chris again on Monday morning to confirm our appointment for later that day. He again responded quickly and said they would have the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected and to our surprise they had already pulled the vehicle out of the showroom and it was ready waiting for us. Chris made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and sent us on our way. After a 30 minute test drive, we returned. I told Chris I didn't want to make an all day affair out of this, "I am ready to buy and this is what I am willing to pay, I have dinner plans in 2 hours. So we have about 45 mins. We are leaving with or without a deal." Within about 10mins James came out and accepted our offer. We spend more time test driving the car than we spent making a deal. If are a car person and you have reasonable expectations when purchasing anything used, this is the place for you. We purchased a Polaris Slingshot which is not a very pricey vehicle compared to the Tesla's. Corvette's, BMW's, Astin Martins, HellCat's and High end trucks, they have in their inventory, and we were treated like we were their best customer. Since we had dinner plans we signed our deal and made arrangements to come back the next day to take delivery. Katie in the business office, took care of our paperwork quickly to get us out the door for dinner. Delivery the next day was completely as promised, by the time we left we were laughing and having a great time with everyone working there. Thank you to everyone at Carolina Auto Direct.
