I found the car I wanted on line went in test drove and got the car fax. They gave me a really good deal on my trade in. I would recommend and go back. Drove off in my trade in that very day. Sales man Kirby was straight forward and knowledgeable and made it an extremely easy process.

Best Dealership In Florida
My fiance and I were shopping around for a quality used truck for my job as an electrician. We needed something inexpensive but still reliable, after going to over 10 lots across Central Florida we made the drive up to Jacksonville from Gainesville FL. I can not express enough how happy we are that we made that decision. Randy Caldwell and Steve Tillman helped me find the perfect truck with no extra pressure. If i needed a minute to think or examine the vehicle they backed off without me even having to ask. The low pressure buying atmosphere combined with the amazing deal i got was almost unreal. I am so happy with my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 I would recommend Tillman Auto LLC to anyone anywhere in Florida, it is more than worth the drive. Got a low millage truck that runs like new and he even threw in an new stereo. I know where I will be buying my next Vehicle.

Yes, We'd Go There Again
We were looking for a car to replace my old Ford Escort whose clutch was about shot. We were looking for something more or less in the $5K range. One of the salesmen, Roger Necessary, showed us some half dozen likely-looking cars and we settled on a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. When we test-drove it, it had something wrong with the door-ajar sensor, and as soon as we brought it back to the lot they took care of it. The stereo was rather an odd one--it had a cassette player, in 2005, what's up with that?--and they arranged to have one with a CD player put in. In fact they let us use the car while we were in the process of getting the financing. Roger, as well as Steve Tillman, were as friendly and accommodating as any car salesmen could be, but at the same time we never got the feeling we were being stampeded into our decision. They seem to be nice people all around. They referred us to a credit union for financing and that went pretty well too. They have a large inventory with different stuff coming in and going out all the time, in a wide range of prices. They gave us the best trade-in on the old Ford that we could expect, considering its age and condition. They couldn't change out the stereo that day, since it was getting towards evening, so my wife took it over Saturday morning. While she was waiting for them to do it, they gave her taco soup--it must be a tradition to have a lunch for staff and customers on Saturday. She said that the place had the kind of ambiance where you think, gee, it would be kind of cool to work there--too bad she is isn't really the sales type :-) The new stereo, a Pioneer, is the fanciest car stereo we've had so far. We're letting our son play with it and figure out how it works.

Outstanding Service Dept.!
I limped in to Tilllman's Service Dept. having busted a couple of belts on my 97 Land Cruiser. Owner Stan Tillman was very accomodating and eager to help and Service Mgr. Dan was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. They performed the repair quickly and professionally and the price was more than fair. Tillman has won my service business and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Aweful Experience!
My husband and I went to Tillman Auto Sales on 08/06/12. We had checked the prices online on 08/4/12 of 2 cars we were interested in and applied fotlr financing. We spoke with a salesman and were told we were approved for a particular finance rate. When we looked at the same exact cars 4 hours later on line, they were listed at $3000.00 more. My husband called the salesman and asked him about the price discrepancy. He acted suprised and stated that they must have "taken the cars off of a special". This of course was not true. I had printed out the information on them and no where on there did it say they were on "Special". The salesman stated he would honor the lower price and actually asked my husband if he had a print out showing the lower price. On 08/6/12 the finance rate we were preapproved for magically transformed itself into one that was 8% higher. The salesman said he was working the numbers with the finance company and threw around several more finance rates, all of which were higher than what we were originally quoted. We went ahead and kept our appointment and test drove one of the 2011 Nissan Altimas we were interested in. The other one has been sold at end of business day on Sat. 08/04/12, which is when we had been in contact with Tillman and they failed to mention the car was sold until 08/06/12. The salesman was very dissinterested in selling us the car, he was texting and talking on his cell Phone during our test drive. The car was filthy, the salesman never even shook my husbands hand, and he wouldnt look us square in the eyes when speaking to us. The whole experience was dreadful. We finally walked away over a $13.00 a month difference in what my husband was willing to pay and what they would drop the price down to. We took our money and ended up at a wonderful dealership and ended up paying that $13.00 a month more anyways.

'04 Mazda 6 Sports Wagon
A few weeks ago I purchased a '04 Mazda 6 Sports Wagon from Steve at Tillman Auto, it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. The price was very fair, car was in excellent condition, freshly tuned. I purchased the car for my husband who is due to come home next month from deployment and I can not wait for him to enjoy his new ride. Thanks again to the guys at Tillman!

I test drove a 2003 Dodge Ram, and on the drive I noticed a "shimmy" at about 30MPH, when I brought the truck back and told Mr. Tillman about it, he had his mechanic troubleshoot and fix it on the spot...So I bought the truck, with customer service like that I was very impressed. Most dealerships would have tryed to talk they're way out of it. They're no pressure staff (Anthony Fraguada) ensured that I will go there for my next vehicle, and would recommend them to my friends and family.
