Wanted to deal with a local family owned business. Sadly I was more than grossly disappointed. Bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler for my son who just graduated... from college in May... Upon picking it up and driving it home, we live on Gunstock Mountain, found that the emergency brake wasn't even working !! Help me understand how it passed inspection ?!!! Also the sound which we were told was a loose heat shield that they couldn't find which one it was, was still flapping and getting louder. My son had driven to MA to help a friend move only to find that it was leaking fluid ! When his friend's father lifted the hood he said he could easily smell coolant fluid leaking... what else ?? He got enough coolant fluid to keep the reservoir filled to get it back home and we took it to a local mechanic... It took them looking over the entire car only to find the following the following: Emergency brake wasn't functional Lower shoe missing braking material Water pump desperately needed to be replaced Transmission cooler lines needed to be replaced The total for these repairs was $1425.00 Bottom line - BEWARE of the lack of integrity
Great experience, helpful salesmen, family owned, definitely recommend them. I honestly normally scrape those dealer stickers off the minute I buy a car... but I'm happy to help advertise this locally owned business, no one's perfect in used car sales but they really do their best to help with issues you can have. Held my car with a small deposit and fixed a headlight without asking. I highly recommend them. Try them after you look at the bigger dealers or even first...they work to get and keep your business.
I had inquired about a 2007 Cadillac cts and they got me approved for it with a good intrest rate while I had a 0 credit score. I am very pleased with... the service and respect I got from Bladecki Auto. I love my new car.
Bought a higher mileage minivan and would return to buy another car. If you are clear about what you want, they are straight shooters with car prices that... are better than the bigger dealers.
Very good overall experience in my August, 2016 purchase.
Bought a great car from great people very helful definitely buy again thanks
Thank you for your business! We are glad you're happy. -Jordan Bladecki
We have been buying from The Bladeckis for many many years and always will. They have taken good care of us since our first buying experience in 1997.... Thank you Bladecki family for always find us our next car.
It is always a pleasure and we truly appreciate your loyalty towards our business. We hope we can keep finding the vehicles you need in the future...T...hank You, Bladecki Family!
My husband and I bought a truck at Bladecki's a little over a year ago. I've purchased many vehicles and I love the buying process. I researched the two... vehicles we were interested in. I printed the estimated value, car fax report, vehicle maintenance records (based on the VIN number) and anything else that I found. To my pleasant surprise, their reports were almost identical to mine. We had no pressure salesman. Polite, straight forward conversation. Financing with their lender was a little cheaper than ours. We signed. Shook hands, and left. The next time we are ready to buy we will go there first. I didn't waste a whole day talking about price. Our vehicle is wonderful. We do regular, expected maintenance, and have had no problems. Great place to buy.
We appreciate your business and positive feedback. We are glad you are happy with your vehicle and hope we can help you next time you need one. Thank ...You, Bladecki Family
I was interested in two vehicles at this dealership so today we went to check them out. The salesperson didn't seem interested that we were interested.... He was watching TV in the office and simply handed me the keys and said to start the cars, let them run and check them out. Neither car would start. We also saw many vehicles sitting in the lot with flat tires. I brought the keys back to the office and said neither vehicle would start. Salesperson commented it was the cold weather but made no offers to see why they wouldn't start or to get them started. So I left the keys on the desk so he could get back to watching TV. I drove a mile down the road to another dealer and saw the same kind of vehicle I was interested - with less mileage. And it started.
We have 80 cars and sometimes batteries do end up dying unfortunately. They asked to jump start the vehicles and as always we asked what their situati...on was as in if they were financing, paying cash, etc. so we could get an idea of what we had to do. They asked our last price and wanted to know if we could take $3,000 off, unfortunately we price our vehicles to sell so we couldn't accommodate their request. We are sorry you were unhappy with the way we do business and hope you understand our side. Thank You Bladecki Staff.
I have bought four cars from Bladecki Auto the first when they were located in gilford. I have always been treated well and fairly and will always check... what they have to sell first before going anywhere else. If you value the small low pressure local dealership experience as I do then this is the place to go.
We appreciate your business and your feedback. Thank You, Joe!
