Looked online for a few weeks for a 2nd gen Honda Pilot

Looked online for a few weeks for a 2nd gen Honda Pilot with low miles. Auto Trademark had the nicest one I could find. Talked with Farhan a few times before I went up to see it and try it out. I'm about 2 hours away. Tried it out on a Sunday, Didn't tell anyone I was coming up and had a little scare when I passed it on the way to the dealership, but the gentleman trying it out didn't take it. I put down a deposit with Zeshan, (really nice guy), and went back the following week to pick it up. All the guys in the office were great and got things rolling smoothly. Loved the vehicle. Low miles and in great shape. Got it home and parked it in my driveway and when I looked out my second story window the next morning saw a big spot on the roof with missing paint, (Hondas inferior paint jobs!) Neither the shop or myself noticed this during our inspection of it. Called Farhan immediately and sent him some pictures. As soon as he saw the pics he said that this is definately unacceptable and had me bring it back to them. He had the body shop strip it all down and paint the whole roof for me and apologized for not catching it sooner. Had it ready in a few days for me to pick up. If I need or want another car will definately go back to see these guys. They did not have to fix the roof, (bought as is), but they did the right thing. These guys have my vote. Thanks again Farhan!

No return contact from my initial message. Called and left dealership a voice mail with name and telephone number requesting a call back to schedule a time to look at vehicle. Still no return call. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto

My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto Trademark. Our salesperson, Zee, was very pleasant and thorough and took time to review all paperwork with us. He made an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our car even after our purchase. Our only wish would be that the regular price of cars be printed in advertisements with the "special" price for veterans printed in parentheses next to the regular price. We did not scroll down far enough to read this information and were surprised that the selling price for non vets (us) was around $1,000 more. So, that said, read the ads very carefully and then you will have no surprises. We are satisfied with our purchase and are happy to recommend Auto Trademark.

Had a great experience recently buying a 2018 Honda

Had a great experience recently buying a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Auto Trademark. Babar was great to work with. They did not negotiate at all on price but did start me out with a great price so I wasn’t too concerned. Very honest and trustworthy place. They even fixed something wrong with the car (minor issue) that THEIR salesman found after I had signed the paperwork and did so free of charge. Upfront about the fees and final price, and allow offsite pre-purchase inspections unlike other dealers in the area who only allow that on their lot. Very easy and enjoyable process from start to finish, even having to bring my very young children to the dealer with me. Recommend this dealer and Babar in particular.

We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it

We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. It was a pretty laid back environment. We bought a car and drove away. About 9 days later the car started giving us problems. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. There is a reason this dealership has amazing reviews. Thank you Auto Trademark for being one of the good guys.

They are not willing to help online buyers

Inquired about information for a 2015 BMW 335 on their lot, I planned on buying remote and having the vehicle shipped. Shortly after the inquiry I received the generic text from Babar, I called, left a message and a text Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Didn't hear anything back. Monday I called the dealership its self and spoke to Abbas, he seemed like a knowledgeable and helpful gentleman. I specifically asked for pictures of the front and side of the oil pan, he assured me that would be no problem. I would have the pictures by Tuesday morning. Tuesday comes and goes. I called Abbas on Wednesday afternoon and asked what had happened. He vaguely remembered speaking with me and assured I would get pictures shortly. At this point I was put back in touch with Babar. He sent new pictures, that covered the same things as the pictures website. We clarified the communication issue and I asked about oil pan pictures. the next text was "I can't take pictures underneath to show the oil pan" followed by " we would have to remove the cover" and then " And I don't have a Lift at the dealership" After some conversation, Babar did attempt to take some pictures of the underside of the car, but they were essentially from walking around and sticking his phone under the vehicle in random spots. I was planning on driving 20 hours round trip, and dropping $19,000 on this vehicle after tax and title. But I cant get the slightest effort out of the sales team without an argument. It sure doesn't make me feel like I can trust them.

Happy customer

Drove two hours from Maryland and purchased a car. Dealership and lot are neat and clean. Car had been washed and looked like new. Ibrahim was professional and respectful.
