Jon, my salesman, was amazing. I had an appointment for Monday, but decided to show up unannounced on Sunday. I was told there was a queue of 5 people. Oh well, gotta live with my choices...that's why you make appointments. After being told an hour wait, I was grabbed in 15 minutes. The process was insanely simple. Everyone was great to talk with. They were accommodating and gave me a good value on my trade in. 100% would buy another car from them.

The salesman are ready and eager well equipped know what they’re doing get you a car and get out In-N-Out not to rush but very competent so they don’t waste your time. They keep trying until they get you financing and I love the car. I love how it was presented to me with a big Bow on it!

The absolute easiest and stress-free way to purchase a car. This was our 4th purchase through CarMax. Our sales associate Caveh is the BEST...feels like we are being helped by a friend and not a salesman. He is always so nice, honest and he truly cares about his customers.

Very happy with the service on-line and in the store. Our Rep was very professional, and knowledgeable. We expected to be there 2 hours, and with a test drive and paperwork which matched the work done on-line, we were driving away after 2-1/2 hours.

I have bought several cars from here. My sales person was great in the beginning, but at the end there was no follow up when I left my car had to check engine light on and my electric is not charging so my car is at the Ford dealership. No one has called the follow up with me on this nor my sales person knowing he knew when I bought the car on a Sunday it had problems. We’ll see what the results is today and Fort calls me because my electric car is still not charging. This has been the worst experience. I have a car so far and I have bought over five vehicles.
