Do not trust these slime xxxxx. They suck you in, then do not stand behind their product! Even with an expensive warranty they made a sale for a car that keeps breaking down, now they're saying "too bad".

My mom just relocated from Florida. We were looking for a used Crossover for her so she’d be able to manage winter weather. Don was awesome! He was so helpful in helping us finalize the sale quickly, and took care of all of the details. Truly a full service dealership with a family oriented approach. Great buying experience with Patriot! After going to a few dealers and being scammed with price, my last stop was Patriot. I had no hassles they were knowledgeable and honest with me. Don Jr made sure I had an easy car buying experience and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Patriot Moters to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Horrible experience! Led us on for 2 weeks, then told us could not register vehicle because it was Columbus Day Holiday, and would have to wait til Tuesday or Wednesday to get it registered. I told them I wouldn't be able to pick it up till Saturday, and everybody was in agreement. All of a sudden on Friday they refused to register the vehicle, wanted me to spend a day @ the dmv, and that all had to be completed for Saturday. Never the less the deal fell through, when I asked about my $500 deposit Don Jr. said I had to talk with his father, that he would leave a note on his desk to call me. No call came on Friday or Saturday! I called on Monday, they acted like they did not know who I was, then they told me I was not getting my deposit back. I have now had to seek leagal means of getting the deposit back! I've worked for dealers all my life, been buying cars for 40+ years and never ran into this!!! BEWARE!!!
