I called made an appt had my car towed that was on a

I called made an appt had my car towed that was on a Friday come Monday called they haven't gotten to it Wednesday called didn't know but will call right back with answer never called friday it's been a week got the run around again.monday called I'll call you right back no call wedsday same ole run around friday went to kia told the service manager that I was very angry and he better produce my car give me a half hour okay they called it was the battery gave me anew battery which they said for free although I told them I could pay for oh no no for all your trouble I said thank you but I also needed a oil change no problem we'll do it for free and deliver your car when we're done well okay you redeemed yourselves got car about month later the light came on to xx the oil water all fillers will guess what I trusted you guys so dummies me didn't check under the hood when I got car back No oil very little builds no change airfilter best of all you put the sticker on car when to come back for oil change . I will never use you guys again lazy liars was planning on getting new kia not from you!!!

Service writer was sensational!

Service writer was sensational! He could see I was an older guy moving slowly on he not only got the oil change done when promised but was VERY kind to me! Could not imagine better guy!

I would not recommend Kia service to do any types of

I would not recommend Kia service to do any types of repairs on my vehicle unless it was a recall and I absolutely had to. Marty was unprofessional with countless no call backs, false timelines and delayed my insurance claim by not sending everything needed for the estimate just to get the repairs done. My car was in the shop for over a month due to the lack of communication from Marty to my insurance. Darin was finally able to save this process and get everything ended quickly once he was involved. If you are to go to Kia for anything service wise, I would also ask and talk to him.

All I can say is if you want to purchase a vehicle and

All I can say is if you want to purchase a vehicle and want to be treated with fairness and honesty, go to Kia of Cheyenne. They gave me more than Blue Book value for my car. My car only had 8,000 miles on it and it was 3 years old. I had taken excellent care of it. You won't be sorry to contact this dealership. I bought a new Kia Soul. All I can say is excellent vehicle.

KIA of Cheyenne had my car for almost 3 months.

KIA of Cheyenne had my car for almost 3 months. From before Thanksgiving to mid February. It was broken into on their lot and their customer service is very poor. They cleaned my car and took care of the recall work. I paid for the damage from the break in. It was stressful working with them, calling almost every day hoping to get word. No one was ever available to speak to me. I finally got a rental after they had my vehicle for a month and a half. I was told for three weeks my car was going to be done the next day or the day after. I will never give KIA of Cheyenne my business again. I will be going to Colorado and encouraging everyone to do the same.
