Not happy. I was ripped off on what I go for my car on trade-in. I asked for 5k, stated best they could do was 2500 and now they are selling it for $10,900. Had given me a song & dance story about why couldn't give me what I wanted.

Beautiful new dealership. All safety precautions were in place. Masks, plexiglass and distancing. I was met at the door and directed to McKenzie Hackler. I felt comfortable with her right away. She was very helpful and made this purchase very easy and enjoyable. I will recommend her to anyone I know looking for a new Ford. The other people I dealt with were very nice to me also. Overall, a great buying experience!

I found the car online at a very competitive price. The car was everything it was described to be. I went to look at the car and Alex greeted me at the door and was happy to assist me. I took the car for a test drive then told Alex I had to talk it over with my wife. He said he understood and went home without any pressure put on me. A couple of days later I contacted Alex letting him know I was interested in buying the car and we came to an agreement before I went back to buy it which made the whole process pleasant and seamless.
