Very unprofessional dealership.
Very unprofessional dealership. Service department is inept and incompetent. Take ur buisness somewhere else. They take forever for or anything and don’t communicate anything in the process

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and professional. Jack was very helpful and accommodating. We filled out the paperwork and then I drove my new (to me) car home that night. I highly recommend this dealership!

Do not bring your vehicle here
First off is they are very dishonest... brought my truck in for repairs and to have tires mounted the tires and wheels disappeared... they said they would file a police report and get me taken care of .... 3 weeks later called the police no report was filed no calls of any kind.... and they are telling me that they are not responsible and that a bad review is no big deal according to Ted the service manager... Also spoke to the gm Jeff he promised to contact me about this... I have left several messages with no response.... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

Terrible experience!!!
Worst experience ever! My husband brought his pickup in for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires he wanted put on. He went to pick up the truck and his tires and wheels were "missing".. they didn't seem to care that much and told us they'd file a police report and get back with us. Now they are trying to say its our fault! How ridiculous is that! We brought them there for a purpose and the lady in service assured my husband they would keep his truck inside at night. They never return our phone calls, lie about trying to help us out. Ted the service manager was unprofessional and basically told us to kick rocks. Ill never bring another vehicle there if this is how they treat customers and I will go out of my way to let everyone know what a terrible experience we had.

It doesn't get better than this...These people are truly the best in their class. Pam from internet sales was super sweet and very helpful from the start. Then my salesman Vince, my Philadelphia eagle brother was awesome. He had all my paperwork and vehicle ready when I arrived at dealership. Very special person in my opinion. No hassle or haggling. Down to earth guy. The theres Daniel, financing, what a incredible guy. Extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very to spiritual person. He not only finished the deal, But made me reestablish my own path to knowledge of a higher power..thank you all and I will promote you to all my customers at my store...best wishes for next year.. I will he back to buy..

Superior Service
Last Saturday while out of town our battery died. I called Astro and Jack assisted me in entering the Continental, jumped the battery locally, sent me to Astro in Biloxi where David Bertone was waiting. They found a bad cell and replaced the battery in one hour. From Jack in Pensacola to David in Biloxi they really took care of us. Outstanding service!

Great Experience and Great Deal
Have owned mostly Cadillacs for last 30 years and enjoyed my relationship with our local dealership in FWB, but the dealership recently changed and I decided to look elsewhere. I contacted a salesman who I had bought numerous cars from in the past and now worked at Astro Lincoln in Pensacola. He invited me to see what he had in stock and what he could do for me. Since I had bought my last four cars from him, I decided to make the trip to Pensacola. Best decision I could have made. He had the exact type of car I was looking for in a luxury sport (MKZ, ATX, etc) and I got a great deal (way below retail) on a 2014 MKZ with only 39,00 miles, plus he had several others to choose from. Mine had all the bells and whistles. Also, got book value trade for my 2008 DTS (even with engine light on). I asked for the 5 year, 75,000 bumper-to-bumper warranty. If you don't buy new, I highly recommend it. Too many electronics in all cars today to not be fully covered. Purchasing process was normal, lots of paper work and questions (more if you finance, which I did). Got a good interest rate for my credit rating. All-in-all, a trip well worth my time and money. Love the car and have full confidence that I will be properly taken care of if I should have any problems. Looking forward to seeing Jack's car advertisements in the paper again. Always fun to read about what else he has out there that I might want to buy.

Outstanding service from purchase to service
Purchased a new Continental late 2017 from Gordon and was impressed with his commitment to making this experience enjoyable. Since then the service team of Teresa and another young lady plus James manager of the body shop has been outstanding!
