I called to inquire about a car that I have since bought from somewhere else. I was immediately and rudely transferred to Fernando after the call was picked... up. I was then rudely interrupted by Fernando as I introduced myself because he obviously wasn't even paying attention to anything I was saying. He then wanted me to repeat everything. He then went on to blabber about other services. At that point I wanted nothing to do with this dealer and hung up. But it didn't end there, Fernando then thought it would be a good idea to spam call me for hours to get my attention back. The negative reviews for this place isn't even a joke. Don't even bother coming here.
Personally I don't like salespeople so I never like purchasing things where people have an incentive to sell something. However I knew what I wanted and... it was a fair deal so it was an easy and pleasant experience. I did know more about the car then they did though:)
I requested more information from the dealer via the link on Cars.com. I wrote a specific request asking specific information. I got a generic spammy reply... back that did not address anything brought up in my actual email. I replied asking again for answers to my specific questions, and the "Internet Manager" replied only answering one of my questions. If you are looking for good customer service, I'd look elsewhere.
