Buying the car is just the beginning.

Buying the used car was an excellent experience. My certified used Fit has it's non-adjustable rear toe out of spec. I think it was bought like that. What actually upsets me is the multiple offers to buy back my car. I get mail, phone, and internet offers even after I asked the dealership to stop.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed repairs were explained thoroughly and were done in a reasonable amount of time. Comfortable waiting room with snacks as well!

They made purchasing a car easy

Felipe Hernandez made our buying experience easy. He was able to answer our questions, not agressive. He was friendly, a "real" person. He had to locate the exact car we requested, and bring it to the dealership. The Costo program was the way to go, liked it! All the staff were friendly, laughing and having a good time. The finance department was great too. Great experience!

Excellent Salespersons, friendly and courteous

We truly enjoyed buying a car at Val Strough. Frank Nguyen was the salesman who sold us our car. It was his friendly, courteous manner that made us stay with him. Thank you Frank, you are a good friend too.

Always helpful

First time buyer of a Honda.. have to say love the car... have only taken it in the service four times since owning and everyone very nice, helpful... once because I could not figure out how to make the display brighter I figured they would think really, but all the service person said, that's what we are here for... So I feel confident on getting the car taken car of.... Serve personnel are always friendly and helpful.. keep up the good job.

Quality service and incredible attention to custom

Pablo and the entire service crew were fantastic as always. They got me in and out quickly and answered all my questions and even made suggestions to help schedule my maintenance visits. We have had nothing but incredible service and attention to detail each and every time we have been in the dealership since 2008. Thank you for all the hard work put in by the entire staff toward making each visit a pleasurable one.
