Traded in my 2012 Acord for a 2017 civic hatchback.

Traded in my 2012 Acord for a 2017 civic hatchback. Sales manager low balled trade in offer at $3k then started joking that it isn’t worth that much but then agreed to go to $4k, okay I guess. As I drive home in the “new” care, the tire pressure light goes on - nail in tire and have to go back to dealer where it took hours to switch out a tire, way too long. Then a few weeks later, the PAINT BEGINS TO PEEL and I notice the carpeting isn’t even connected to parts of the console. I had to file complaint to Honda to get this fixed but they only fixed the paint, not the carpet. The inside of the car is very cheap, the headlights dim when you roll down/up the windows, driver window auto roll up does not work, the touchscreen is slow, and more paint peeling. I also have a timestamped photo when I bought the car that shows a cracked fog light but Honda will not fix this and will not fix the paint peeling. After all this, I think back to that comment the sales manager made about the trade in and realize I have been played by a sleazy salesman. Will never go back to this dealership or recommend to anyone. It’s also appears they put up fake 5 star reviews on Google, which is another indication this dealership is sleazy.

This is our 2nd vehicle purchased here.

This is our 2nd vehicle purchased here. First time was excellent. 2nd is still being determined. The Vehicle turned out to be a notch above a lemon. Trying to reach anyone by phone is nearly impossible. The next vehicle will not be purchased here.

The staff and dearlers are great.
