We could not improve our experience at Lee Auburn this week. John Kaiser was excellent explaining things and helping us out. John comes highly recommended. The service staff is friendly and goes out of its way to make the visit a smooth experience. No question we’d purchase another vehicle there.

I walked into Lee Auto Mall expecting a wonderful positive experience and got it! My sales person, Phil McGall, was perfect. He instantly got the Ridgeline and filled me in on the complete history of this vehicle. He spent the entire time educating me on every detail of the truck and answering my questions. He helped to get financing started and auto insurance in place. The loan officer (in GM office) was wonderful to work with, getting all of that paperwork done. He patiently explained all of my options. Phil oriented me to the Ridgeline, walked me thur all the bells and whistle and made sure that I was comfortable to drive this truck home. I love my Ridgeline and driving it is smooth! We stopped in today and Phil helped orient my husband on a few features.
