I have been experiencing vibrations through my car. When I brought it in, they did a thorough check of everything. They explained to me there was actually nothing wrong with the car, it was my tires. After they assured me that my car was good to drive to Florida. They then charged me exactly 0 dollars and thanked me for doing business with them. This is why I’ve been a customer of theirs for more than 10 years and will stay a customer for the rest of the time I have Hondas. Mike Parker is the best
