I had a delightful experience.

I had a delightful experience. From the door being opened for me to an hour long q&a session. I visited to continue my car research, one can only learn so much online. My questions were answered honestly. More important, I did not suffer from qualifying questions or pressure tactics. My representative and I set a 'next-step' agenda (I want to text drive 3 vehicles). Yes, I said 'my representative.' I feel I have a person who will help me through the sales process. While time will tell, this review is to recognize professionalism.

Long time customer. Tied to schedule oil change. They now use a call service. It was a nightmare. When I call I prefer to speak with Jessie in service, not a call center that did not even know Ken Vance has 2 buildings. Will no longer use them for service.

hire a woman---

I have called 3 times today and have been disconnected each time. Your "RESERVATIONIST" HAS NOT ANSWERED. Instead of sitting around making up euphemisms for your dudes, hire a woman who knows how to transfer a call. Nancy Ruhlow

Excellent Experience ! Very helpful !

No Hassle , they are not pushy at all. My kind of place. Very professional , very knowledge about all of their vechiles. I would recommend this to all, especially my family and friends. A plus to our purchase was , a free lifetime car washes. Love it.

Nobody Home

I called to have my new Ridgeline serviced. After navigating through the first set of phone trees, I got a human who then transferred me to Honda Service. After waiting for the phone to be answered, I hung up after ring 15. Doesn't fill me with confidence, and I will be going elsewhere for service.

Buying a Car at Ken Vance Honda

First time purchasing a new vehicle and salesperson Chris was very helpful in answering all my questions about the CRV, demonstrated all the advanced features and took the time to make sure I was comfortable operating all the systems before I left the dealership. Felt like you are appreciated a a customer and not just a number. When the time comes to upgrade I will have no question where to go.

Great experience at Ken Vance

KD did an excellent job helping my husband and me find the perfect vehicle for our family! Although we started on one path and ended on another, KD never missed a turn! He continually offered suggestions to help us make our final decision and was never pushy or demanding. We will definitely be back to work with him.
