They emailed me for our 1 year of purchasing a vehicle.
They emailed me for our 1 year of purchasing a vehicle. Prior to that we took it to them to “service” it. They updated our idle and it just stopped working. I called them and asked a few weeks later and they told me I needed to drive it a longer distance for it to work again. We did that, and nothing. So when he emailed I brought that back up and they just ignored my question AGAIN. We were not asked if we wanted the update either. I also brought up that the car has been nothing but issues for us. Less than a year we bought new tires. In August of 2023 we took it to Honda in our town and were told the struts were not new and worn. They claim to have change them all before selling. A manager reached out and they told me they’d trade the suv in for us but these issues were stated within the first few weeks of us buying the vehicle. Trunk power lift went out (within first week of purchase), lcd shuts off when it wants, car making noises over bumps, tires were so worn down on the inners part and the windshield has over 5 cracks. All our concerns were dismissed. We were told warranty covered the power lift but we ended up paying 200 for replacement. Less then a year we had to purchase new tires, insurance told us dealership was wrong and that we’d have to pay 2,000 for new windshield (after they told us insurance would cover) and our car is still making noises. They told us to get quotes from dealerships in town to buff and fix ALL the scratches. When we did they denied it and had us take it to them to fix (over an hour drive). It was not buffed out. They just took black paint and covered them. It looks horrible. Not professionally done at all. I could’ve taken paint and did the same. It looks like someone took nail polish and put it all over the vehicle. When I asked them they claim that, that’s how you “buff” it out and fix the vehicle. Reaching out has gotten no where. Buying a new used vehicle from a big dealership you’re expecting a working worry free vehicle for at least a year, but no. All we’ve had to do was worry and pay to have it looked at and replace parts. Email sent from them… we invested $4,000 to replace all (4) tires, front struts/control arms/sway links as well as a fog light and wipers to address all the concerns we were aware of. -This was sent from Ian. Then he dismisses it to a manager who takes back the claim of replacing the tires after I sent proof of purchasing new tires. I miss informed Ian that the tires were replaced and wanted to apologize for my mistake, however -- the front struts, mounts, lower control arms and sway links were 100% replaced. Ultimately, it's been a year and a number of miles since you purchased the vehicle, and your frustration is being received loud and clear. -Sent from Nariah Dealership has since then not replied to my email after sending proof and calling them out. I sent Ian email videos of the issues days after we bought the vehicle. I took my vehicle in to my local Honda and got papers a month after purchasing the vehicle that says “struts worn down due to high mileage”. This was when we also had to replace the spark plugs and had them check out the noise issues. A dealership that can’t own up to selling a bad vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place when purchasing a “new used” vehicle. They literally sell as is but claim to invest in it. Why would I trade in the vehicle to get into another from the same place?! Take your money elsewhere.

Just had the worst experience at this Honda Dealership in
Just had the worst experience at this Honda Dealership in Eau Claire. Don't expect to get greeted when you walk in the door. Apparently, everyone is too busy. Once I did talk to someone, Kevin Klinkhammer, we definitely didn't seem to hit it off. I was discussing what I was interested in and why including other vehicles from other dealerhships and he just went off the handle. Eventually he stands up, belly bumps me, maybe because I was standing too close, but I was looking over his shoulder because he was pulling up things on his computer. He said something to the effect that I need to leave, this isn't the dealership for me, etc. etc. He was right about that. This isn't the Dealership for me. Buyer Beware!

Tou Lee is a gem!
Tou Lee is a gem! Totally comfortable in asking questions about the car, and Scott Feldhausen the warranty expert, was patient in waiting for a decision about what to put on the car, to keep it running well, and looking good..

If I could leave zero stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
If I could leave zero stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drove there the day of and the vehicle was no longer available as it sold the day before. A courtesy call would have been nice but, yes, I know... they still wanted me in the door to potentially sell me on something else. Common courtesy is all I ask for. Lost any future business from me.

Bought a car from them and it didn’t go overly terrible.
Bought a car from them and it didn’t go overly terrible. The price was decent without jumping through hoops and haggling. I was buying entirely remote (not in person). That process took way longer than it ever needed to, but I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t really push the issue. It shouldn’t take an entire day to respond a 4 days to complete the purchase though. When delivering the car I guess they usually use a flat bed to not put miles on it, but thus, they couldn’t get one. Not a huge deal I guess, better than me driving all the way there in one car and driving both back putting on miles. What really irked me was I had told the salesman I wanted to use plates off my old car. He said sounds good and asked me for the plate number. Then proceeds to forget about that and they show up in my driveway with brand new plates. The contract didn’t charge me for new plates (because I didn’t wanted them) so whatever. However, the next day I then get a voicemail and text demanding me approve that they can run my card for THEIR $85 mistake. Wow, screw you Ken Vance Honda. What a weird hill to die on, I should have just denied approval. Hope the $85 was worth it when the all important survey shows up in my email…because I’m certainly not giving a glowing rating or review.

Went to buy a used vehicle.
Went to buy a used vehicle. First when we asked about negotiating price we was told the price they don't do that. Second when I asked about doing something to make me feel better about the deal even something simple as a couple of free oil.changrs no response. When it came to financing they only checked with their normal company they use all the time. Luckily the percent was ok but they added a $3000 warranty. The only reason I made the deal is because the vehicle was decent and was what we were looking for. In short I was happy with the vehicle not so much the dealership
