Bad custumer service it took gillman honda 8 days to get things done. I purchase i vehicle that cost me over $26,000 and they did not even put gas in... it, gas light turn on as soon as i drove out. The truck i purchase did not have a jack or a spare tire and i told them i needed the jack and spare because i was going to travel it took them 8 days to finally get what i needed they also made a big scratch on the passenger side door. When i took the truck to get my spare tire and jack. This is the last time i deal Gillman honda, i have purchase two vehicles from gillman dodge and they have done a better job.

Should rate zero. Do not go to this dealership. I have a very bad experience with them today. Salesman make a big mistake and continue to argue with... me and the manager is rude. They just clean their hand and walk away. Never go there.

I usually don't post reviews but I felt compelled to share my seamless experience at Gillman Honda in Houston because I don't think the good experiences... are mentioned nearly enough. I dread car shopping. I can think of 937 other things I'd rather do instead. It's never easy. I go home stressed, annoyed and exhausted. On my way out to begin my car shopping I ran into an old friend at the nail salon. She gave me advice on where to start when I told her I was in the market for a new car, specifically Honda. Although her and her husband are Jeep/Dodge owners and they had the pleasure of working with manager Dana at the Dodge store next to Honda. They had first met him on a whim a few years ago for her husband's truck and went again last year for her Jeep. In December they went back to look at a car as a Christmas gift for their daughter and learned Dana had transferred to Honda. This was music to their ears because they planned to ask Dana if he could introduce them to someone next door because they were interested in a civic . Anyway, after her sincere recomendation with 3 successes I decided to X out my plan and just start with Gillman. Best decision I ever made. I was treated so wonderfully from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Michael (salesman) listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction. After answering endless amount of my questions we went inside for paperwork where Dana worked diligently to ensure all the financials were in order. Dana was so kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything so clearly. He was so easy to talk to- it was like I had known him for years. I couldn't believe how at ease I felt....I was in a car dealership for crying out loud! Needless to say, my awful car buying experience curse has been broken. From now on I know where to go and who to see. Thanks y'all! I love my new Accord and couldn't be happier!!!
Walked in with no intention of buying but received courteous and professional assistance from Fawaz. He and Nick worked with me until I found the car... I wanted at the price I wanted. We will definitely visit Gillman Honda next time we are in the market for a new car.

I would give zero star if possible, horrible experience of buying used car. After negotiating the price of a car, the sales person asked me to walk with... him to his boss desk that was Larry (Used cars sales manager), and asked me with rude tone, why would you be looking for a car over your budget!!!. I walked away and never go back to this horrible place.

I went to Gillman honda for my A/C repair, the service consultant (James) said they have to diagnosis and it can cost up to $150 and they will do it next... working day. I said ok and dropped my car there. next monday he called me and said it will take more time to diagnosis and cost $450 total. I said ok do it. I called several times for progress but no response so i went directly to there location, they said it will take some more time and they will update me by next day. I said ok and came back. next day james called me and said after diagnosis, they said A/C control unit has to be replaced and it will cost up to $1200, I just shocked and said no i will come and pick up. I went there and paid $450 and asked james to write down part number he written it on the invoice. later I bought that part in online store for $50 and replaced it but still A/C not working. I called james and is it a genuine reason he said his mechanic conformed it is the only problem, so I returned it. later I verified some of A/C circuit diagram and bypassed relay, my car compressor clutch engaged and when i checked R134a it was low, I filled it and checked, thats it my car A/C worked normally. I didn't replaced any parts. If i aggread with them I might loose $1200 for false repair.

We bought a honda accord sport 2019 in February this year, all the procces took so long, after we get home we found plenty of issues with the car, overspray... paint, quarter window damage, dirt under clear coat paint. This is unbelievable that a dealer doesn't inspect vehicles before selling. We send plenty of emails to the dealer about all this issues and finally they agree to do repairs, this is not the point if you're paying for a new vehicle you're not supposed to take it for repairs. After all this that we took the car to the dealer they don't repair properly and just make you waist your working days, miles in your new vehicle, stress, waisting money and more inconveniences , they don't really care after you buy the vehicle, that's all they want sell and sell not matter what! Don't care about costumers, we took the car to the dealer because they have to replace the quarter window and leave the car for 2 days, we had to call and call and see if the car was ready, they took so long and went for the car we expected it was ready, but what the say is you have to bring the car back to tint the window , this is so disrespectful, after this we took the car and they tinted the window, now a week after the quarter window is falling off, they don't glued good, i contact service and leave a message and no response at all from them, no even from the dealer manager, im completely dissatisfied with the terrible experience and gillman honda because I think I bought a brand new car but what i get from the dealer is a LEMON vehicle. I recommend everyone not to buy at this dealer if you don't want to regret for the rest of your life. They just played with costumers , they don't disclosed issues with vehicles before you buy , please don't even consider to give a try at this dealer and don't buy at gillman honda.

Asked for information about an issue I saw in a photo of a Ford Ranger I was interested in by e-mail, 3 times, and all I received each time was the same... computer generated form letter telling me how wonderful Gillman auto is. Never called, never got an answer to my question. I guess they don't need to sell me a vehicle.

I bought a Pilot a year ago there. After we finished negotiating with the sales person, we were taken to the finance manager. it was very late in the night,... and she sold us a bunch of things we didn't really need. She told us that we could change our mind easily. That part is not true. I have tried to cancel the services that she sold me, but is not as easy as she said.
