We were shopping for a CPO Honda Pilot for my wife and went to Gillman dealership to check their inventory. The service we received from sales rep Gus... Daniels was outstanding! He took the time to explain the differences between trim levels, safety features, upgrades, etc., and also let us test drive the vehicles before making the decision. The entire process took over 3 hours. My wife wanted to make sure that she was comfortable with the vehicle since she will be taking kids to school. Throughout this process, there was absolutely no sales pressure from Gus, and the entire transaction was very smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I usually don't post reviews but I felt compelled to share my seamless experience at Gillman Honda in Houston because I don't think the good experiences... are mentioned nearly enough. I dread car shopping. I can think of 937 other things I'd rather do instead. It's never easy. I go home stressed, annoyed and exhausted. On my way out to begin my car shopping I ran into an old friend at the nail salon. She gave me advice on where to start when I told her I was in the market for a new car, specifically Honda. Although her and her husband are Jeep/Dodge owners and they had the pleasure of working with manager Dana at the Dodge store next to Honda. They had first met him on a whim a few years ago for her husband's truck and went again last year for her Jeep. In December they went back to look at a car as a Christmas gift for their daughter and learned Dana had transferred to Honda. This was music to their ears because they planned to ask Dana if he could introduce them to someone next door because they were interested in a civic . Anyway, after her sincere recomendation with 3 successes I decided to X out my plan and just start with Gillman. Best decision I ever made. I was treated so wonderfully from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Michael (salesman) listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction. After answering endless amount of my questions we went inside for paperwork where Dana worked diligently to ensure all the financials were in order. Dana was so kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything so clearly. He was so easy to talk to- it was like I had known him for years. I couldn't believe how at ease I felt....I was in a car dealership for crying out loud! Needless to say, my awful car buying experience curse has been broken. From now on I know where to go and who to see. Thanks y'all! I love my new Accord and couldn't be happier!!!
Came here 5/11/20 to buy a new car. My experience with our salesman and finance officer has been excellent. They made my experience smooth,easy, answered... all our questions and accommodated us very well. I will definitely come back here if I need to buy another car in the future.

I have bought Honda cars since 1985. My first car was a ‘85 Honda Civic station wagon. Ran it to over 100000 miles. Ever since the I have been loyal to... the brand. My ex husband even worked for them for a time. Over the years all my contacts at Spring Branch Honda have retired or moved away. My neighbor and ex spring branch manage, Mike Capps led me to Gillman Honda and re connected me with Mike Peasley and Sal Ghazi, who are like family. Today I’m a proud owner of a 2020 Odyssey. f I could give this dealership 100,000 reviews of 0 stars, I would, every single day, for the rest of my life. DO NOT COME HERE. FOR ANYTHING. I brought... my 2002 Honda CRV in because it was having issues starting. They charged me the diagnostic fee, I said ok, they said they'd figure out what was wrong with it. It took them four days to figure out what was wrong with it. Up to this point, I'm still fine. Maybe it was something really complicated, who knows. So the service rep calls me back and quotes me at 900$ to replace the starter, and then says oh, you also need all of this other extra stuff (as dealerships often do). I said oh, that's a whole lot, please let me call you back soon. I called my family mechanic, who quoted me for 250$ less, and decided I would take my car to him. I called the dealership back within 15 minutes, no answer. Called again, no answer, so I left a voicemail saying hey, please don't do anything to my car, I'll be by to pick it up tomorrow after I get off of work. The next day, I got a call from the service rep saying they went ahead and replaced the starter, and my total would be 980$. Of course, I was pissed, because I had never said yes, please fix my starter. When I came in to pick up my car, this customer rep tried to say TO MY FACE that I authorized the work. I demanded he bring up the audio recording of our phone convo (because you know they have to record everything) where I approved the work, and he shrank back and knocked 200$ off my price. I should have just refused to pay and taken my car back at this point, because THIS IS WHERE IT GETS WORSE. I got back in my car, turned it on, and my SRS light was on. It had never been on before, not until I took it to the dealership, so I immediately turned around, walked back in and said, "........Why is my SRS light on? If y'all messed up something else in my car, you need to fix it.", to which I was responded with "Well, we can run a diagnostic on it, but it will cost" at which point I just walked out. Fast forward to today, when I took my CRV to the Clear Lake dealership to have the SRS light looked at. They quoted me TWO THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to fix the damage this dealership did to my car. I can't even begin to explain in English words how upset I am right now at this dealership. Probably the worst experience I've ever had paying for anything, ever, and then they ruined my car (for those of you that don't know, they basically killed my car's safety system, so the airbags will not deploy if somebody hits me). I can't afford to get a new car right now (because I just paid y'all at Gillman 900$), I can't afford to fix my car's airbags, and my car inspection is due at the end of this month. Tl,Dr; I took my car to Gilllman to be looked at, they kept it for a week, and charged me an exorbitant amount to break my airbags while doing work I hadn't authorized, so now I drive a deathtrap that I can't make street legal, and if I get pulled over, I'll get arrested. Thanks Gillman Honda. I really hope someone at your company reads this and actually does something about it, because literally, what the xxxx

Quality of service is third class. They hire some lazy techs to work on your car. I would not recommend them for anything other than a simple inspection... test, maybe.

Easy check in and short waiting time on the repair. My tire was patched and the car was washed and ready to go before lunchtime.

Horrible experience! I live 3 hours away and drove to purchase a used car. 1. Reluctantly promised me several repairs on basic things (broken off pieces,... electrical problems with seat, huge scratched/dented bumper). They said these were "cosmetic". 2. Lied to me at least 5 times. Gave me a rental car and told me the repairs would be done. Lied that the repairs were done. Told me, "You have to return the rental car or you will be paying the next week". Lied and said the electrical issue with the seat was fixed, when it was not. Lied about the touch up paint and said they were "sanding" the car, when it was not sanded and was CLEARLY visible where they threw a single coat on and didn't blend/polish the paint at all. Lied and said my trade in car was in "service". I have texts/pictures/videos of all the lies. 3. Offered me $12,000 for trade in and listed it at $16,000 prior to receiving the title. DON'T trade your car in here! Don't trust them! Get everything in writing and make copies. Don't sign any loan documents until they complete the repairs because they will lie about it and waste your time.
