Dishonesty

I bought my car in Gillman Honda, Sam Houston Parkway five years ago . I took my car for oil change two months ago and told the guy who worked with me to check everything in the car. They didn’t check anything in my car except the oil change. After two hours, I was told my car was ready. Initially the lady who gave me the bill said everything looks good including the battery. After I asked them specifically about my tires and brake, a guy went to check and said my two front tires need to be replaced or otherwise it will burst any minute. I waited for another two hours to change the tires. I’m not sure about what they did for the brake. It is still the same. Now my car didn’t start because of the battery issue. This place doesn’t deserve even a single star. I gave one star in order to get to the writing section. I will never ever go to this place again. Very very very poor service.

I have been a Client of Honda Financial since 2012 in my house we only talk and move in a Honda, that is, the Philosophy of Life is Honda in my Family. But now my 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L Lease ends I decided to go Gillman Honda Houston to update a new Lease contract so I went with my young children and Wife. There I have gone in two days in a row Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 of this month of November and these 2 visits have been waiting for me on the first day 6 hours and the second day 5 hours, where the attention has been bad the two Financiers there Javier Melgar and Moe Rafi, they have made experiencing the joy of taking me a new car a terrifying experience. Also my family and I did not feel discriminated against by this last Financier Moe Rafi, he looked at us and showed a strange behavior when he saw that we had our chains with the star David, and he did not if our religion caused him any discomfort, he was in charge of making a long wait and nothing educated in dealing with me and my family. These types of people do that in these times where the economy of many families that are once again having opportunities to improve their standards of living are seen at risk with people as they are!

I went to the Dealer yesterday and today they made me go again The Experience with the Finance Department is Pesima, I wanted to deliver my Lease 2018 Honda Pilot I fulfilled my 36 payments on time and without any delay, to take a new lease not only the long wait 2 days wasted, they never let me take the new car. I do not recommend this place do not waste your time, nothing serious about customer service. Bad experience I am a 2012 Honda customer and all the cars in my house are Honda the Honda Philosophy in our home was loyalty to the Brand until today. Bad experience Finance there are inattentive and professional.

This dealership posted specific prices in cars.com and when you call them, they say the vehicle has a price that is at least $2,000 more. The general manager also tried to make excuses for the price difference, quoting COVID and other bad excuses. The salesperson Nick told me I could take the vehicle at that price, or someone else would do so. This is deceptive business practice, if you ask me.
