We’re glad we chose Community Honda Baytown! We visited two other Honda dealerships in the Houston area and I can honestly say that Community Honda was the most helpful in getting us into a new car. Our sales associate Milton went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Buyers beware Service advisor, Sabrina and James and the

Buyers beware Service advisor, Sabrina and James and the service manager very horrible customer service they need to be trained wow this was my number one dealership to go and do my service. I don’t know what happened there if they change management or what went to do an oil change on my 2023 Honda CRV they Told me I couldn’t get my free oil change because I was over 24,000 miles when you purchase a vehicle they did not tell you that you have to be under the mileage so it could be free but I went there last time with 18,500 miles and they change it with no problem. I don’t recommend anyone to go to the dealership after what I experience. I have been working for a dealership for 25 years I never treat my customers the way he treated me today. I would not recommend any my family or friends to this dealership. I hope the lady on the TV commercial looks at this and handle this problem because they will lose business. I sent them over 300 customers and I will contact every one of them and tell them do not go there. . :(

We're very sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the Honda Service Pass expires after two years or 24,000 miles, and the vehicle in question was over 900 miles past the threshold. As mentioned above, we did indeed honor the Honda Service Pass at 18,500 miles because it was within the promise mileage. The terms and conditions should have been explained at the time of purchase, but we would have no knowledge of that since the vehicle was purchased at a different dealership. However, we do apologize for our fellow Honda dealership if this was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.

Buyer beware of this dealership's add-on practices and

Buyer beware of this dealership's add-on practices and used car pricing. While they say that they are honorable, they will attract you with a good price on the new sale and then low-ball any trade-in offers. Avoid this dealership if you want a fair deal, they are operating under the old "sleezy car dealership" model and frankly need you to not buy from them. Trust is important and I will never purchase or recommend these guys to friends and family.

We purchased a 2024 Honda Civic SI today. The sales consultant that helped us is Carl Castillo. Absolutely amazing experience purchasing from Community Honda at Baytown. Carl Castillo was extremely professional and helped us find the right vehicle. We ended up looking at 20+ cars before we found the right one. He was very patient and helpful with deciding the vehicle. I would highly recommend everyone to speak to Carl Castillo when looking for a vehicle. 10/10
