    Carlos was serviceman that assisted me. He remembered assisting me on a previous visit. He told me how long it would probably take for them to do the services... on vehicle and he was right about the time he told me. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I feel he is an asset to Community Honda.

    I took my Honda Accord Touring in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted in a very friendly manner by Tori, and the Service Manager, Cris... Torres, also greeted me. Tori knows I am very particular about my car and she addressed all my concerns. After I dropped off my car, Tori called and suggested that I have an alignment check because of the mileage, and sure enough, it was out of alignment in the rear. The alignment addressed a concern I had about the way my car was driving, so I am glad she suggested the alignment. I had several coupons to use, all of which were honored for the single visit. I wouldn't take my car to any other Honda dealership and I am glad to have such a great service department here in Baytown. Thanks Tori and Cris!

    I was there about 10 O'clock in the morning and James was my service advisor and he was very helpful and take care of the issue I was having and it turned... out that it was an oil change and air filters that needed changing. They did the very efficient and very professional. I could not have ask for a better service advisor.

    Lured in by Jamie in internet sales. I am in the market for a new Ridgeline. I was quoted the price of $31,900 for an RTL model. Not in stock, but promised... in 72 hours. There are hardly any RTL in stock in Houston at this time. I looked at other dealers and this looked $3,000 lower than other dealers (I know, too good to be true). So I called Jamie back, and she put me on hold and came back saying that her manager JD confirmed that I could select from several vehicles at that price. Jamie confirmed that they had vehicles available and I could come in and get a quote for trade in and but one of the $31,900 RTL Ridgelines. I told her that it would take me an hour to get there and made an appointment. Drove an hour across town and when I got there, I was told by the saleswoman and asked for my drivers license. Then left to wait for 10-15 minutes. The saleswoman then said that they had tried several times to call me because they could not locate any 2019 Ridgelines but they had some RTL E models. Wasted 2 hours of my time and 100 miles. Will never go back.

    Liz at Community Honda is absolutely amazing. I went in to see what I would need for a future buy because I know my credit wasnt exactly right at the time,... however she and the Worlds greatest finance guys were able to get me my 2020 Honda Accord. I told them exactly what I wanted and the team did not try to get me in something they tried only to get me in the car I wanted. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. The best thing is that I drove away in my new car in less than 3 hours.
