Sales Staff were very hospitable (Nyriel, Mario, and BJ). They offered me a great deal on a new Honda 2027 Nordic Green Pearl HR V. They answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to help me get the color I wanted. Family like atmosphere. Staff look happy to work there which is good sign. Would recommend to others. I have been to three other Honda Dealerships in Houston for car purchases over the years. This experience in Baytown was the best by far due to the outstanding customer service at the Baytown location.
