Service Department FAILS in Service!

We recently brought our CR-V Hybrid in for service. We trusted that all of the expected (and listed) services would be properly completed. However, about a week later we were at the coast. We needed to wash the windshield due to the salt spray. Imagine our dismay to discover that the washing fluid reservoir was completely empty. One of the items that should have been serviced was to check/fill the window washing fluid reservoir. Now we do NOT trust that all other components of the service were properly completed. Was the Oil corrected changed/filled? What about the other items/fluids. We are uncertain and do not wish to cause damage to the vehicle. As a result, we will be taking the vehicle to another dealership to have the service ‘re-done’. That was a major FAIL for the service department. And it serves to undermine the integrity of the dealership.

Excellent dealership to work with!

We are very happy with our new Honda CRV hybrid! Our sales associate, Anastasia, really took care of us. Our vehicle came in earlier than expected. We were offered a good price for our trade-in. The whole experience was wonderful, well worth the drive from Central Oregon! Thank you all! We highly recommend Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda.

Bad Choice

If you visit this dealership for ANY repair that is not covered by warranty, you are making an EXPENSIVE mistake. Yes, the folks at the service counter are friendly. That ain’t worth the rip. And when they offer you a smiley faced discount, you can be sure that you can do much better elsewhere.

Poor customer service

I've been going to Parker Johnstone's Honda for years to have my xar serviced, but poor customer service has finally made new drop them. I had my car serviced (oil change ) and they missed filling up my washer fluid! When I called with was told 'well, we are human' I agree, but they could have made it right by offering a rebate on next oil change or credit. Plus, they quoted me $750 for an A/C repair, and when I called another vendor I was quoted $350 for the same repair.

Wonderful Experience

We drove to Wilsonville from Richland Wa. 3 1/2 hrs. Totally worth the trip for the laid back no pressure experience you get with this dealership. We got a great trade in value and and wonderful deal our new purchase

New Honda Pilot

My family and I came in on a Friday evening. Taylor Reeves was very thorough and never rushed us. I had done my research so I knew what I wanted. Taylor, Larry and Jason were very patient as we waited for financing to come through, working beyond their closing time....by an hour! Looking forward to years of enjoyment in my new Honda Pilot!
