Great experience at Bob Howard Honda. The service team was professional, helpful, and clearly explained that my repairs were covered under warranty. My only suggestion is to update the lounge seating, but the service was excellent

Great experience! Make an appointment with Mike Lorg: Sales Consultant. He will great you with a smile and handshake. He's a high level professional that understands and exceeds customer expectations. We observed his above and beyond service level by accommodating another customer assisting with home vehicle delivery. He explained in detail the process with my wife and I which made a smooth sales transaction. This was the best vehicle purchase we've ever made. The online pictures matched with our expectations when we saw and test drove the vehicle. There was no pressure throughout the process; just 2 way communication to complete the deal. We would buy from Mike again!
