Went through the check around the vehicle fairly well and

Went through the check around the vehicle fairly well and fast. Covered everyday I wanted to cover. Customer service was pretty nice. Hospitality was great, free coffee and water as you wait. Not too long of a wait for about an hour to get two tires replaced. They covered any additional expenses or maintenance that needed to be done and made sure you saw any additional problems.

The repairs that my car needed were a headache.

The repairs that my car needed were a headache. But Bob Howard Honda made the process quick, easy, and painless. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care and fixed in a timely manner. Curt Wagner was my service tech and he made sure to keep me updated on the statusnof my vehicle, and gave great detail on the necessary repairs.
