Sales, good.

Sales, good. Service department lacking. Came in for oil change and recall repair. Changed air filter without notification. Never was contacted when vehicle was finished and ready to pickup. Don’t know if someone dropped the ball or if it was an issue with the contact program.

The service personnel were outstanding.

The service personnel were outstanding. My service advisor, TJ, was on point with immediate reception and directing the serviceand repair issue that my vehicle required. After the service technician, Chandler, inspected the vehicle the service manager showed me exactly what the findings were and provided great advice. No pressure to comply with the findings... just the facts and how they could effect the vehicle immediately, in the near term and long, and myself as the owner. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing vehicle maintenance, vehicle repair, or a vehicle safety recall performed on their vehicle.

It was my first time at the service center I drove up sitting in my car thinking someone will come over to see what service I needed, but I sat there for almost 15 minutes then I have to ask someone how do they work there.
