Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! I recently purchased a used HR-V for my son at Honda Marysville. I chose to purchase there thinking that it would be checked out by Honda technicians and be a good value. After only 400 miles the car stopped running and the transmission is dead. The transmission fluid is full of metal shavings indicating that it’s been having issues for a while. The service records show that the Marysville service department replaced the transmission fluid prior to the sale. It looks like they were just trying to hide the problem so it could sell. Now they want $9000 to repair a car we financed for $12000. Worst horror story I’ve ever experienced with a car. I had bought my car there new and had been a loyal customer for over seven years. I will never go there again for a purchase or service. Honda Marysville used cars can’t be trusted.

Honda Marysville Dealership is simply the best! If you’re looking for a new vehicle this is the place. My sales person Matt W. Was excellent, I worked out a deal at home via phone, email or text, which reduced my time at the dealership. Which resulted in a great buying experience. I was surprised at the number of customers and friendly sales staff on a Monday well that speaks for itself. So if you are looking for a new or used vehicle Honda Marysville was worth the drive.

Matt Griffin explained service that needed done and was great at taking care of all my needs. First Class Unfortunately had to revise this review to worse rating. When I got vehicle back first time air quit working next day. When I took it back they said seal in air conditioner condenser was leaking so they put in new one. Then found leak in rear lines after replacing condenser and said it would be better for me to go to Dodge dealer because parts would be cheaper from Dodge so they could probably fix it cheaper. . When I took it to Dodge dealer in Marysville they said the seal was still leaking because they put wrong seal in so I had to pay the same amount again to Dodge dealer that I had paid to Honda first time. email: ddevers@yahoo.com

They deceptively add warranties to all their used cars.
They deceptively add warranties to all their used cars. They offer you 3 choices to trick you. They will say here are 3 payment options. They ask you which of the 3 options you can afford. By picking the lowest number you are selecting a $5,000 warranty. They don’t give you an option for no warranty, and do not disclose the lowest monthly option you are offered adds a $5,000 warranty. When discovered we demanded they remove the charge. They said they would. One month later and they have still not refunded the $5,000. So I’m still paying interest on their fraud. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I recently purchased a used 2021 Acura TLX Advanced from this dealership. I made it home and realized that the rear seats headrests were missing. Bryan Barrett was very accommodating at the dealership and in purchasing the car, and gave me his business card on our way out. I proceeded to text him and ask if there was anything he could do. He chose to read the texts and not respond 3 separate times, extremely disappointed in this service
