I bought a car from Fox Honda Auburn NY and paid 7,000 extra for warranties and tax. They are now not honoring the warranty and denying I ever bought it! I paid cash for the vehicle 32500 so I can not rate financing. They did take my money quick though the sales rep came to the bank with me.

Buyers Beware! The worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. So dishonest! If you are looking for a dealership you can trust...this is NOT it!!! Almost 2 weeks of trying to purchase a vehicle (all cash purchase) and during that time we attempted to purchase a vehicle twice, both were being sold with MAJOR engine issues and going to auction...so we were told. We later found the vehicles had been moved to different Auburn/Fox dealerships down the road for some other poor unsuspecting person to purchase. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. I have purchased many vehicles and have never seen such blatant dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and total indifference to customer satisfaction. Stay away from these dealerships.

Horrible experience they sold me a 2014 Highlander with many issues that were known before it was sold to me I took the car back to get the issues fixed but they’ll only fix the small issues all the others have to come out my pocket or split in half with them. It’s like they put no time or service into the used cars that they sell the detailing was horrible, I am definitely extremely disappointed.

Just bought a Honda hybrid from Chris
I just purchased a Honda hybrid Touring CRV from Chris Schneible at Fox Honda in Auburn, NY. Chris is very knowledgable about hybrids. I initially met him at the Fox Toyota store thinking I wanted a hybrid Rav4. Chris had both a Honda and a Rav4 to test drive. After listening to my concerns, Chris was able to put together a great deal on the Honda Touring. His closing technique is firm but not pushy and I felt he really listened to what I wanted and patiently answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Chris Schneible and the Fox Honda dealership to my friends.
