    The whole experience was stressful, suspicious, and disapointing. We should have walked away. Inexperienced sales, misleading interest rate info that turned... out to be wrong, sneaky extended warranty insert and wording and when we tried to question it, was told not to look at that number, it was what we agreed upon (not). Finance guy was leaving and couldn't give us an explanation. I experienced sales person tried to explain charges but they were just not right. So frustrated because spent hours there and just wanted the car to get out of there. Last minute the finance guy returned and out if the blue offered to remove extended warranty after arguing it was just an internal number and I should t be looking at that receipt. Then I questioned the high I terest and was told they only finance thru honda and that was the best they could do which is not what we were told in the beginning. We will never be back and make sure to tell friends and family.

    NEVER take time to leave reviews... Just a little backstory: I am in the process of selling my current vehicle, so I wanted to start looking at some... new ones in the meantime. I took a Honda CR-V for a test drive at Fox Honda—really liked the car a lot. After the drive, I went inside with the sales guy to discuss monthly payments, trade-in value for my car, etc. After we talked for a while, Tyler Smolak (manager or finance guy?) came out of his office to talk with me. Initially he mentioned my current vehicle—that he searched online to find my post— and told me I wouldn’t get the price I was asking for. I then told him the amount I would ideally like to put down for my next car, with which he responded, “Even if you sell your car for the price you’re asking, that won’t give you the full amount you’d need for your down payment.” I knew that (I’m not a moron!) and I told him that wasn’t my plan anyways. He then asked me, “And... where is the rest of that money coming from?” ....as if that’s ANY of his business?!?! Anyways, if I could give zero stars on this review I would. My advice to anyone considering Fox Honda—just don’t. Especially if you want to avoid rude, invasive, and tasteless people.

    Upon delivery of the car we 6/14/17 we inspected the car and had three (3) concerns. The first concern was an adhesive residue stain on the drivers side... door armrest. The second concern was a scratch on the roof of the car, drivers side near the moon roof. The third concern is the molding around the top of the windshield on the drivers side of the car. It is not flush where it should be connected. I have looked at other Civic models on the sales lot and the molding on their windshields is more exact, so I asked for my molding to be repaired to the Civic standard, as well as attending to the other 2 concerns. The first time I brought my car to the service center was a few days after purchase. I drove the 56 miles to Auburn and dropped my car off. While there I walked around Auburn for over 4 hours waiting for a call regarding my car. When I finally received a call to return to the lot, I was informed that they were not able to do anything to address my concerns at that time. They said they would have to set up an appt for a glass company to repair the windshield and I would have to bring the car back. As for the arm rest stain they advised me that the stain should "wear off" or I could pay for detailing. For the scratch of the roof they said they would have to wash my car. I didn't want them to wash my car bc I was afraid they would scratch or rub the dirt into the paint but Andy Miller assured me that they were professionals and would not do that. I hesitated but agreed. Unfortunately, although the scratch is gone, I now have "spider webs" in my paint as they buffed the scratch out while there was still dirt on my car. I had to spend $200.00 (two hundred) on a polishing kit to get them out. I haven't used it yet bc I am waiting for all the issues to be addressed first. After leaving Fox Honda that first day I was unsatisfied but still hopeful. They called me about 2 weeks later to bring my car back for an appt with the glass company. I drove the hour drive to the dealership again, this time getting a call that the repair is not done bc they ordered the wrong part. They offered us a loaner car for the 2 days we will have to wait until the next time the glass company can come out. We accepted, as we did not want to keep putting miles on my new car. We picked up a Toyota Corolla from them and drove it home, frustrated. Two (2) days later we get a call, expecting good news, instead we are told the glass company couldn't make it that day and we will have to wait 2 more days, or we can have them come out to our house and do the repairs. We opted to have them come to our house to do the repairs. So we drove up the 56 miles to pick up our car and the correct part and was told the glass company will be out the next week to repair it at our home. We got a call the next morning, telling us that the glass company is not willing to go to our home to do the repair because if the windshield breaks during the repair, they need to be in the dealership service shop to replace it. Now, extremely frustrated, we are told we need to drive our car back up to Auburn the next day at 8:30 am for the repair. My husband had the part in the garage expecting the repair to be happening there, and accidentally left it at home, so he got to the dealership and had to turn around and drive all the way back home again to get the parts. When I arrived back at the dealership I was told they were just going to glue the molding down where it should be and will be sending the parts back. So after 625 miles of back and forth trips the guy from Glass America glued the molding down and put some tape on my windshield. I will not return to Fox for ANY service under any circumstance. (The glass service worker was kind and did great work, it looks much better). Which frustrates me even more bc if it was an easy fix like this, it should have been taken care of on day One!

    Initially we had a 5 star experience. Julia was exceptional from the first phone call to the last in person conversation. Justin the sales manager was... eager to help and bent over backwards to get us the car we needed for our family. Jeff in finance was easy to talk to and made us comfortable and worked with us every step of the way. Sounds like a car buying experience made in heaven and if we had a sales person who wanted to "sell" a car it would've been. But hey, everyone's allowed a bad day. All in all Fox Honda is leaps and bounds above the competition and worth the hour drive we had to make!

    Family went in to buy a good used car for my son. Armed with NADA and avg. car prices we made a reasonable offer. The manager who never introduced himself,... communicated with slips of paper with the deal he wanted to make. Way above retail. The only comment he made to us was, " not much mark up " We left annoyed, and bought the same car, lower mileage, and better price out of Auburn.
