Very Great Experience & A Great Ford F250

My husband bought a Ford F250 from Corona Autoplex and had a great experience with the sales representative. They did not haggle him about prices and worked with him about finding a vehicle in his price range and a vehicle that had everything he was looking for. He had a fun test drive and the sales representative helped him understand the programs on the truck and let him try out the different speeds and gears. We unfortunately had a problem a few months after we bought it, but that can happen with any used cars and with their extensive safety checks before we bought it, I do not believe they had any problems with the Ford before. They were still willing to try to work with us even though it was past the month warranty and over the miles. They have incredible customer service, especially Sean! He really seems like he takes care of the customer and cares about the customer, which you hope at any used car places. We were able to come to a very positive solution to the problem, and I very much appreciated that they went out of their way to help us even though we were out of warranty on the truck.

We Do Not Negotiate!

Went to check out an nice Chevy truck 2500HD during my lunch hour, very clean and really like it. Although it didn?t have everything I wanted, and it was high blue book and some, therefore I made them an fair offer via email. Took them several day to get back to me and that was after I sent a second email. Response; WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE! Recommend stay away from this place!

My experience

Easy buying experience. I did have to take the car back immediately for repairs but they did take care of it. Good car so far.

Great Experience with Steven in Sales

We shopped for a long time, looking for a first car for our college bound son. Low mileage, reliable transportation is what we wanted. He wanted it to look good! We got all three, several thousand dollars below anyplace else we looked. Steve said they're wholesalers that sell to the public, as well. We bought a Kia Spectra, 37K miles, clean title and CarFax report. Steve gave us the report freely. The car is beautiful, everything clean inside and out (engine included). It's been three weeks, no problems with car whatsoever. The lot is quite crowded, but they managed to get the car out for a test drive. Steve was very easy going and knowledgeable. He worked for BMW for many years and now enjoys a less stressful environment at Corona Autoplex. We were paying cash, so I can't speak to financing, but everyone was nice and helpful. Steve seemed to enjoy educating my son about cars too. I'll definitely go back.

Lemon Dealer

I am shocked that this dealer is still in business. This is the worst dealer on the block. Financed a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban with 80,000 miles with $3000 down. Guess what...the transmission fell apart 2 months later costing almost $3000 to fix along with all the other problems I have encountered. Yes, the financing might seem easy, but the down payment went from $1500 to $3000, unbelievable. The finance manager is a lemon law breaker and it's only a matter of time that they all eat their piece of cake. They didn't wanna have anything to do with the vehicle when I contacted them. Selling a lemon is just not okay.....taking money from people and selling a worthless product is against the law. Unfortunately, they are still in business, but not for long because God does not like ugly and it will come back unexpectedly. This vehicle is sitting and has not been working since July 2011, but was bought in Feb 2011. Shame on you Corona Auto Plex....I am sure you know who this review is written by....an UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
