Pete Moore Chevrolet

My recent visit was to obtain my first service/oil change on my 2017 Silverado. I made an appointment, arrived on time and received quick and good service.

Pete Moore Chevrolet is the most professional dealership in the Pensacola area. I searched around for a full-size truck and virtually all the dealerships in the area and Pete Moore was able to give me the best price on the most current model/low miles vehicle by far. Wayne Freeman is a great guy and was super easy to work with. If you are going to buy a new or used vehicle go see Wayne, you won't regret it. The thing I liked most about Pete Moore Chevrolet is that they let Wayne work with me and come to an agreement I felt comfortable with without having to go get a Sales Manager or ask permission to make a certain deal. You can tell the sales people have flexibility there and it really works in the customers favor. Great dealership, Great Salesman!!

My new Chevy Equinox was my third purchase from Pete Moore in the last five years. My salesperson was Dane Clark. What a great guy. The dealership is modern, clean and all the staff were knowledgeable, courteous and made us feel at home. No high-pressure sales tactics and the discount from the sticker price made our purchase that much easier. The finance guy (F&I) was also great. He did not pressure us into buying a rust and dust package, extended warranty, GAP etc. If you do visit, ask for Dane Clark. You will not be disappointed.

I was in the market for a new truck. After visiting the local Ford and Dodge dealers I went to Pete Moore. To be honest I liked all the trucks I drove, some features on the each stood out but for the most part all of the new trucks I drove were very nice. What I liked about Pete Moore and my salesman Jeff Lee, was the fact that everything was up front. I knew what everything cost, no hidden surprises. I knew what the cost was going to be down to the penny. (taxes, plates, fees). I never felt pressured, all my questions were answered. I would recommend Pete Moore and Jeff Lee to friends and Family. THE CAR THAT WAS SOLD TO ME WAS NOT THE CAR I HAD TEST DROVE BUT ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE IT. THE CAR HAD MAJOR DEFECTS AND WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT WITHIN MY 48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT . NOW THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY CAR I TRADED IN . THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE GOES THERE AND GETS TREATED AS I WAS.

Charlie was great always above and beyond what he has to. My third car from Pete Moore and my second from Charlie helped me get my insurance and renew my drivers license

I went to Pete Moore Chevrolet to buy a car last Thursday, my salesman was Mr. Keith James. He took the time to give me all the options, he was never pushy (which I really appreciate) . He was very understanding and focus on what I want as a customer. He took time to show me how everything work. The process was quick and very professional. Thanks, very much. I love my new car!!!!!

I have purchased 7 vehicles from Pete Moore Chevy and VW. The last two, a 2011 and 2013 Avalanches. George is by far my favorite salesman. The first Avalanche he sold me he came out in the rain to help me. This is why I bought it. Because the same day no one at World Ford or Vince Whibb GMC bothered to help me and I sat in every truck they had with no one coming out. I also depend on Jimmy Hayes to help me in the Service Dept. I have been using him since around 1990.

They are always fast and very nice when I go to the dealership. Never had a bad experience.
