Nice facility, clean. Employees with professional demeanor. Bad smell and smoke from engine compartment was oil burning off from the exhaust pipes after service. Fortunately I used to service my own cars and recognized it for what it was. Otherwise, I'd have wasted another hour returning to the dealership.

Mr. Lee was very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted and he wasted no time with other products before we conducted business. I did look at other trucks at his suggestion. Excellent service, we even were introduced to the service area. Derek was very helpful in helping us find which car we wanted. I had been dreading looking for another vehicle, we had been dealing with Kia and just got very fed up with the pressure to choose what they wanted us to choose. I liked that we were not pressured. It was a totally different expericence. I had thought I would get another Kia as I have had 2 new ones prior and was happy with the cars. However the experience at the Kia dealership just made me feel like I wanted to get back to Chevy. I even posted my new car on Facebook saying "we went back to the bowtie". Very happy with my; experience at Pete Moore and would definitely recommend them to others.
