Excellent Service

Salesman was courteous kind and professional. As soon as we stepped out of the car the salesman George spoke with us immediately. Receptionist greeted us with a smile. I was very satisfied with the dealership and my experience at the same.

Routine Service Visit

Nice facility, clean. Employees with professional demeanor. Bad smell and smoke from engine compartment was oil burning off from the exhaust pipes after service. Fortunately I used to service my own cars and recognized it for what it was. Otherwise, I'd have wasted another hour returning to the dealership.

Easy to deal with

We purchased our second used car from CJ Jenkins at Pete Moore. The dealership is very. Low pressure and CJ is the best! We are very happy with our car and thnprice we paid. Additionally their service dept. keeps us coming back. They are great too.

Very fast. Very efficient.

Mr. Lee was very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted and he wasted no time with other products before we conducted business. I did look at other trucks at his suggestion. He wanted me to have the right fit. We settled on the first one in a few minutes and got down to business. After the sale, Mr. Lee spent time to show and go thru my purchase. He has continued to follow up to answer any questions. Mr. Lee has a regular customer in me for the future. Thank you. Joe Burke

Derek was excellent in helping us find a vehicle.

Excellent service, we even were introduced to the service area. Derek was very helpful in helping us find which car we wanted. I had been dreading looking for another vehicle, we had been dealing with Kia and just got very fed up with the pressure to choose what they wanted us to choose. I liked that we were not pressured. It was a totally different expericence. I had thought I would get another Kia as I have had 2 new ones prior and was happy with the cars. However the experience at the Kia dealership just made me feel like I wanted to get back to Chevy. I even posted my new car on Facebook saying "we went back to the bowtie". Very happy with my; experience at Pete Moore and would definitely recommend them to others.
