Got two new tires and a new battery for under $500 great

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze on May 7th, 2015...overall, I had a great experience! The salesmen I worked with were both excellent. My family has been buying cars with Rick Cribb for several years now, and we always go back to him. He genuinely listens to what you have to say, and he goes above and beyond to get you into the car that you want, for the price that you need! He definitely worked with me, and made my car buying experience truly enjoyable! This was my first time working with James Daye, but let me tell ya...he had my family and I laughing SO much the entire time we were around him...he's such a funny, witty guy! He was very informative about my vehicle, he helped me set up my Onstar and showed me how everything worked in the car, inside and out...I would definitely recommend both of these guys to my friends and family in the future! They both have excellent people and customer service skills, any questions or concerns you may have are answered quickly and thoroughly, etc. Thumbs up to you both!

This is my 3rd purchase at this dealership in 6 years. I was looking to replace my 10 year old vehicle and have been in and out of this dealership for 6 months. I was waiting for the right time and the right vehicle. I have spoken with Brian Wimett in used cars off and on for the past 2 years while looking for other vehicles. He has always been willing to help answer any questions and was never pushy about when I was ready to buy. He was patient and never showed signs of frustration that I hadn't made a purchase yet. Even after my recent purchase, Brian's help after the sale was the kind of over and beyond service I continue to receive at Pete Moore. It is because of people like Brian that I continue to do all of my business with Pete Moore. I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past 6 years and do all of my maintenance with there service department. I always feel I am treated right from the sales department to the service department. Thanks Pete Moore and especially Brian Wimett in used car sales!

It took 7 business days from the time the vehicle was dropped off mid morning on Wednesday until the vehicle repairs were completed the following Thursday afternoon. As we were calling daily to check on the progress of scheduled work we learned that the service department only had one technician familiar with a Denali. He also serviced Saturns. Also the vehicle was not serviced on a continual basis but two other vehicles (one Saturn) were serviced by the same technician during the 7 day time span. We were told one of the two vehicles serviced (Saturn) was brought in ahead of ours. The "just in time" inventory system lagged contributing to the unusually long delay in having the repair work completed on our Denali. In checking the GM industry service standards for time completion on a Denali, for the specific items repaired and replaced, at the outside, our vehicle should have been completed in 2 1/2 days not 7 days. Because of the exceptionally long delay, after 3 days, we complained and then were provided a dealer's courtesy vehicle at no cost. Also, the total bill was discounted 10% for each of the GM parts. While the service manager was polite throughout, this service department lacks sufficient number of service technicians for Denalis. Also the "just in time" parts system is untimely. We selected this dealer and service department because it was closer. The other Chevy dealership with a service department in the city is twice as far away from our residence. We'll travel twice as far to hopefully receive service in half the time our Denali is in the shop for future repairs.

They taught me a lot another buying cars. They help me get out of a bad deal with my old car n put me in a brand new car.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Sonic. We absolutely love it. I hate shopping for new vehicles , but Derek Rowland made it a very pleasant, no-hassle event. I have shopped other Chevy Dealers in the past, but Pete Moore Chevrolet has my business now.

Bought a brand new 2015 Silverado LTZ. I couldn't be happier with the truck and the entire dealership from sales, to finance, to service, to management was great to work with. And I love Chevy. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommending going there.

Jeff asked lots of questions to ensure he showed us exactly what we were looking for, so we wouldn't waste time looking at vehicles we couldn't afford or didn't meet our want list.
