As someone who works with dealerships all over the country I feel I’m qualified to say this is one of the best organizations in our area. From the management all the way down to the sales floor, it’s obvious they have a passion for their work and their customers. After the horrible experiences our community, and ourselves, have had with an unnamed group that tries to bully its customers, it was very refreshing to have a professional, no pressure sales experience where the store actually put the customer first. Outstanding service from Keith James at Pete Moore Chevrolet! I bought a brand new Silverado 2500HD from him back in December and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately, that vehicle was destroyed, and Keith found an identical replacement for me, and even held on to it for 2 weeks in a hot vehicle market while I waited for my insurance company to settle!
