Write a reviewI bought a 2011 Audi Q5 couple of years ago.
I bought a 2011 Audi Q5 couple of years ago. The car odometer reading was 80,000 miles. I did regular servicing and oil change and in 2 years I hardly drove 7000 miles. One fine day the car started shaking badly when I started it so I took an appointment at Audi showroom located in West Springfield, Massachusetts (Name – Fathers and Sons) and took it for repair. They charged me $169 just to look at the car and understand, what is wrong with it. I already knew that this problem is because of the Fuel Filter flange for which Audi issued a recall. So it should have been repaired for free. Also there was a Air bag recall on this car. Now the mechanics that work at Audi do not know what the problem is with the car, and took 5 days just to return my call. I finally received a call and was told to pay $169 and get the car towed otherwise I will be charged $50 per day. Such a bad and dumb service. Also I was asked if I can pay $17,000 to repair the car. Why should I pay $17,000 to repair and what will the mechanics repair if they do not understand the problem? I am literally pissed with the dumbness – they don’t know what the problem is with the car and want to change the entire engine for $17,000. There are lot of complaints against Audi in the consumer forums, but I see no action against them. Is there a solution to this problem? Also neither the air bags nor fuel filter flange was changed by them during the service. Even if the car is not running, atleast they should deliver what was promised Long story short - they wont understand the problem if they dont have codes for it. So in this case , the offer was to change the entire engine..lol

Loving my new Volvo- Thank you, Tom!
Another great experience at Fathers and Sons Volvo! We just purchased a XC60 Inscription this week and picked it up yesterday - I had a 2018 XC60 and so was excited about the new safety features and found the car I wanted. Tom Drzol and Tony could not have made the purchase easier from start to finish. And I know the service department is top-notch. THANKS!

Called to inquire about my trade and buying a used S5...
Called to inquire about my trade and buying a used S5 Sportsback. What a shock to not be able to get through, sales voicemail wouldn't accept messages. Finally to receive a text back from Danielle. Used the trade in valuation tool on their site, received my trade value. Only then to get a text from Danielle saying were not interested in your 2021 Jeep trade since its off- brand and too new...WTH???? Were in a massive automobile shortage yet this Audi dealer is too proud to sell an "off-brand" high demand super low mileage 21 Jeep Wrangler unlimited with tons of options???? Wow I won't be spending any more time or my hard earn money with Fathers & Sons Audi that is for sure. Thank heavens we have plenty of Audi dealers in the Springfield to Boston area, that are interested in making money and keeping the doors open.

Excellent Purchasing Experience - Volvo XC40 EV
This was an excellent experience beginning to end. Our sales representative, Tom Drzal, and Sales Manager, Norm Caruolo, couldn't have been nicer or more supportive. They made the entire purchase process a pleasure, with very fair and competitive pricing, an easy trade-in of our existing vehicle, and excellent communications keeping us informed of the vehicle ordering and shipping process. Our XC40 Pure Electric is gorgeous (in Fusion Red!), extremely fun to drive and learn about, and it arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks to Fathers and Sons Volvo!

Great buying experience
From the start everyone was friendly and very knowledgable about the vehicles. The sales associate Paul and the financial guy Norm were funny, professional and super helpful. What a difference from many other auto dealers I had visited. Top Notch!! 10/10

poor interaction w salesperson
Sent a message after hours to schedule 10am apt next day. Arrived promptly and met Norm, was handed off to Paul (salesperson). Started by reviewing wrong vehicle(easy enough) then had to wait 30 minutes to locate keys (accidentally taken home by evening salesperson).Paul reviewed previous history of vehicle and stated it has a lot of action so it will sell fast.I was also told the car sells itself. His review said car has every option available! When looking at the car I noticed no receiver, I asked him so he looked and said no but if you want one you can pay to have it installed (sarcastic comment for a car w every option). He proceeded to tell us 3 times it has a $3500 stereo. The car was nice, we were interested and made an offer! He stated he was already loosing over 3 grand and wouldn't make any effort to negotiate. I said we were leaving Paul said GOOD LUCK. I waited a couple days received a follow up call from the lady who originally scheduled my appointment. I filled her in letting her know we made an offer but was told they don't negotiate from Paul. So 4 days after my test drive I went on website letting Fathers and Sons Volvo know I was still interested in the car and made a second offer but specified I was not interested in dealing w Paul. 15 minutes later Paul calls and asks why so I explained my experience w him and his lack of expertise reading customers and mistreatment/rude attitude towards the customer. I also let him know I couldn't believe they had him call me after I just emailed the dealer and specified I didn't want to deal with him at all. I don't know if he acted alone? or if he was allowed/asked to contact me but we just didn't appreciate the sarcasm and attitude. I don't think it was right for him to re approach the issue, this salesperson was not professional and I would expect better from a dealership chain of that size.

Satisfied customer
The salesperson (Tom Drzal) and the general manager (Norm Caruolo) were extremely helpful and, despite a few hiccups with which car I was going to purchase, both Tom and Norm made sure they did everything to ensure I was a happy customer. They not only provided me with the vehicle I wanted, but also financing that worked within my budget. They were very responsive when I called and, if I left a message, they always returned my calls in a timely manner. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. Tony was also helpful with the financing/leasing process. Everyone I dealt with during the process was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others.

Great experience and customer service
Great overall experience, Emmett was a patient non-pushy rep. Working with the team I got what I was looking for overall. The manager Norman was great to work with an took the time to price up multiple options plus walked me through the specific details of his math when I challenged the logic of the lease model. No hiding behind the desk :) They could hand out more "swag" to a customer when picking up a new car.

Great atmosphere without the pressure
I'm extremely happy with the service I received while recently purchasing my new car. It was an enjoyable, not stressful, experience during this. Unlike most car buying experiences. Staff is knowledgeable and very willing to answer or find the answer to any question I may have had whether big or small. Joe DeLiso was phenomenal, knowledgeable, prompt, and very accommodating. Tony in finance was awesome in explaining and laying out the details of my financing in which he found the best interest rate for. Never once did I ever feel that my questions, etc. were bothersome or pressured. Because of the great staff and experience, my parents who are also looking to buy a car, are turning to Joe DeLiso and the staff for this. I highly recommend Fathers and Sons Volvo to those who are looking for that "enjoyable experience without pressure." I will definitely be a return customer in years to come.
