Bought 2012 Subaru Outback from , Lenny...in 12 days , 200 miles , bad oil leak that cost $2006.00 to repair at HONEST SHOP . Now with 537 miles today all at once the check engine light came on , the cruise control stopped working with the indicator flashing , traction control light is on , a red BRAKE indicator light is flashing...they have not responded to any of my contacts...?? you gonna shop there ??

I called in to schedule a time for a test drive because it is a pretty far drive for me and the man on the other end of the phone harped about credit score info for almost 15 minutes!! I tried to make it clear to him that I didn't need his advice. My credit is GOOD and I would be putting more than half down for the SUV if I liked it... but I just let him carry on... wondering in my head if this guy really wants to make a sale or not??? Then I simply asked him if this was normal, to sit and converse about credit karma for this long??? I just wanted to see if the car was still available lol. He stated that he was just trying to be helpful and then he HUNG UP ON ME. -- not sure what his deal is, but they definitely won't be hearing from me again. This place is seriously a joke.

Bought a 2nd car form Prospect. Once again very satisfied with no pressure sales ethics and honest description from sales staff. We will refer and be back for our next purchase.

Drove 5hrs from MI to meet at sellers house. Finally half way through sale discover seller was a dealer. This salesman’s name is Igor Kletsel. This is ILLEGAL! The FTC requires all dealers to post a Buyers Guide in every used car they offer. Dealers like to do this so they can avoid laws that require them to disclose important things like frame damage. We bought a vehicle from Prospect Auto Sales INC for $7,000 to discover they left out one important record. I call Woodfield Lexus of Chicago to discover the tech left a note. Upon the vehicles last inspection they discovered excessive rust and recommended frame replacement!!!! Body shops won’t even touch rusted frames. Thanks Prospect Auto Sales INC. They refuse return or refund any money!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Lied about being a private seller to a friend and didn’t disclose a rusted frame on the vehicle. Absolutely shady and unfair. This young couple just had their first baby and are both self employed hard workers. How do you sleep at night?
