I inquired about a Ford Escape and never got any type of response. Not a very good business ethic. Since I purchased one, which is probably a better vehicle anyway.

Dealer arrived late. Opened late. Dealer was not really interested selling, just wanted to get it over with

Awesome service!
Just bought my second car from Roseville Auto Center, I was about to give up on looking after I had visited almost all used car dealers in Roseville. I had superb customer service compared to the other dealers nearby and they had reasonable pricing and did not reject our reasonable offer!

Very unprofessional
Put an offer on a vehicle that was older and had more miles than a newer vehicle that was fully loaded. Their vehicle was also 3500 over kelley blue book. The sales rep laughed at me and said "not even close". I don't mine my offer being refused, but come back with another one instead of laughing. Very rude.

It's funny how a customer can make a ridiculous offer and is met with laughter and is offended. I would like to point out that we have no complaints from customers who have actually bought a car from us.
