Your location Sandy and Bubba's Milton Chevrolet 5925 US-90, Milton, FL 32583 Chevrolet dealer I went to sandy and bubba's Chevrolet and had a car picked to test drive and before I got there I was called by the salesperson and was told that the car had bumper damage and other damages to the car and that I did not want that car but, when you look up the carfax that they had posted on the website it stated that the car was a one owner and the car has a clean carfax with no accidents, which is it. I felt like I was being deterred from buying the car so that someone else who worked there could by the car for themselves. I called to speak with the sales manager to voice my concerns but neither manager was available and they never returned my call so I moved on to a better deal with a different dealership and got what I was looking for. I will add sandy sansing to my list of dealerships to never visit in the future.

endangered my family's safety

I normally take my vehicle to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola, FL, I should have stuck with that plan. But instead of traveling to Pete Moore Chevrolet, I decided to save time and give Sandy and Bubba's Milton Chevrolet a chance to earn my business. I dropped my 2017 Chevrolet 2500 HD Silverado off with Sandy and Bubba's Milton Chevrolet on December 11, 2019 for a 60,000 mile service prior to traveling with family over the Christmas break, the service included rotating tires, checking tire pressures (Specifically requested), oil change, fuel filter, fluid levels, etc. On January 1, 2020 returning from travels the vehicle began to shake from a separated tire, upon inspection of tire I noticed multiple separations at the bead on 3 of the 4 tires. One of the separations is right next to the valve stem. Sandy and Bubba's Milton Chevrolet not only did not sell me a set of much needed tires, but endangered my family's safety by not properly inspecting vehicle. In the future I will return to Pete Moore Chevrolet. John Cheeseman

The dealer I bought my truck from was sold to this dealership however they have always treated me as if I bought my truck from them,fast and friendly service.

Abused customer

I bought a $3000 warranty for the used car I bought...They promised a loaner car while the car is in the shop...The car has been in the shop for 1 month and 1/5....no loaner and they say they won't fix the car...We paid $11,500 for the car 8 months ago and the warranty company is not fixing the car.

No after the sale customer service

I suppose you’re on your own after the sale, even though they promise the moon. We purchased a used vehicle and needed the radio code. We were PROMISED we would get it. Two weeks later - no code. I stopped at the dealer today because I happened to be in the area (I live out of town). Al, our salesman, was not there. So, I spoke to Desmond and explained my situation, gave him the SN to the radio. While he was nice, I expected him to do what was necessary to get the code. However, he said he would call to get the code “if he has time”. When I walked into the showroom everybody was standing around. NOBODY was busy. This, my friends is what customer service is now. It doesn’t benefit the customer anymore. I’m so angry I could spit. I sure hope the owners of this dealership read the poor reviews their business is getting.

Rusted and Busted

Bought a 2007 Ford Fusion to replace my aged and worn out 2003 Mercury Sable. The car was the right price, the test Drive went great, as did the on lot inspection I was able to do! A week later I found out my gut was right! I should have insisted on taking it to a mechanic. The rocker panels were rusted at jack points...not a deal breaker, but not happy. Two weeks after I found that part of the shielding over the fuel lines under the car was rusted and had broke off, along with alot of rust that had been sprayed over with undercoating. I called the dealer they looked at it and said it was safe once again, but made me aware of rust on my control arms (mind you I've own the vehicle less than a month) I ask if they need replaced... of course they say no, but said they would in a year or two. Two weeks after that I find, a 50 cent piece size hole in the frame under my trunk near the rear bumper, after noticing "dust and debris" falling when I closed my trunk lid looking for an item that had fell under the vehicle. Called back as told if I had any concerns. Still haven't heard from the dealer. Getting ready to have my mechanic look at the damage at my cost, giving the extended warranty they sold me covers everything but structural!
