I had the best experience in purchasing my car at Allen Turner Hyundai! Joey was so kind, patient and extremely helpful. A true consultant. I never felt as though I was being sold to. Having been in sales for a long time myself, I know the difference. He listened intently to my priorities and preferences, showed me multiple options, each aligning with what was important to me. Collectively we went on about 5 test drives over two days (bless his heart), and he never complained or showed any signs of frustration with my indecisiveness. He worked with me to ensure we landed on a vehicle that met my needs all around. Joey was highly knowledgeable and I appreciated all of the insights he provided. I came in and purchased a 2020 Honda Civic! Being the day of my graduation, Joey knew I was wanting something within my budget and in a timely manner. I was also looking to trade in my previous vehicle. He worked around my budget and provided me the best possible deal he could give for both the new car and the trade in value.
