The worst customer service ever and they switch prices. I was assured in writing that my monthly lease price had all fees rolled in but when I picked up... Car there was a $650 acquisition fee they were making me pay. I have asked over ten days ago to please review this and the sales manager and salesperson never has replied with an answer. I'm very big on customer service!!! I almost missed out on this great purchase if it wasn't for sherryne the internet dealer no matter how many excuses... I gave her she didn't back down she explained what sales Bical was offering and for me to come in because they will beat any offer I get by $500. I came the next day and my sales rep NOVA was excellent no pressure no haggling while I waited for my car to be prepped she bought me lunch of my choice Don't pay the negative reviews any attention see for your self.. any one who ask me where I got my 17 camaro from I will say Bical Chevy and ask for NOVA !!!

I took my 2003 Saturn View to the BICAL Chevrolet dealer in Valley Stream. My check engine soon light came on. I was concerned and checked it out. The... problem was quickly diagnosed and it was a minor fuel line gliche created by the last person who pumped my gas. Voila! mission accomplished and I was sent on my way. My service history is logged in the computer and like some dealers, a customer could be overcharged and work sometimes generated for no reason. This is not the case with BiCal Chevrolet. Customer service and attention is excellent. Sometimes the wait is long, but you can be sure that you will be taken care of.
Michelle Cordero was FANTASTIC to work with; I went in to test drive the new Equinox as the first of 4 cars that I was considering to lease. We went for... a test drive where she pointed out all the new safety features and the upgrades that Chevy made to the 2018 models. I liked how the car handled; when we went back to the showroom she asked what I thought about the car. Again she wasn't pushy, just genuinely interested in my thoughts. Based on the pleasantness of my experience so far, I decide to see if I could come to an amicable deal instead of continuing to test drive other cars. Michelle and her manager were able to meet the dollar amount that I wanted to pay per month for the first car. When I asked about buying me out of my Honda CRV lease, so I could lease a second Equinox they made it happen despite roadblocks from Honda. Nothing was a bother or a problem - picking up the cars went smoothly. Michelle even drove one car home for me when I was trying to figure out how I was getting 2 cars home. Again, nothing was a problem for her.
Great that I was able to schedule an appt for an oil change the next day. Waiting an hour and 40 minutes for oil change is disgusting!!! Why bother having... an appt especially when staff are very busy on their cell phones or standing around.

It was a great experience from beginning to end, we special order our truck and it came actually 3 weeks. Sooner than expected.
I visited the dealership based on a recommendation from my mom who got her car serviced at the dealership. I already owned a Chevy and was looking to stay... with the brand. James the salesman who took care of me was pleasant and friendly. He listened to what I wanted in a car and followed through accordingly. I was also happy with the service I received from Jim who found a finance company that fit into my budget."
