I called no less than 15 times.

I called no less than 15 times. No one ever calls back. They put you on hold and never pickup the call. Or, they disconnect you and never call back, even though I gave them my callback number. I told them I was going someplace else, and their reply was ok, thank you! The WORST!

I am expressing my profound dissatisfaction and concern

I am expressing my profound dissatisfaction and concern about the unethical business practices I encountered at your dealership, BICAL CHEVROLET, situated at 709 W. MERRICK ROAD, VALLEY STREAM, NY. These practices exploited my family's immigrant status and concealed damage to the car's engine that my father purchased. My father visited your dealership aiming to buy a reliable vehicle for our family. As immigrants new to this country, we relied on your dealership's integrity for a fair transaction. However, this trust was severely misplaced. He purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from BICAL CHEVROLET, believing it was in good working condition and thoroughly inspected. Unfortunately, we soon discovered significant engine damage that had been hidden during the sales process. The resulting repair costs are substantial and burdensome for our family. I believe BICAL CHEVROLET's actions unfairly targeted immigrants, taking advantage of their unfamiliarity with their rights and the automotive market in this country. Such exploitative conduct is morally unacceptable and violates the principles of honesty and fairness in business transactions. I CANNOT RECOMMEND OR TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP...

Bical Chevrolet has been serving our community and the surrounding area for over 2 decades. Our staff appreciate and value all our customers. Our customer base is extensive and loyal. We do not take that for granted. We would not be able to have a high customer retention rate without providing a high level of customer satisfaction. We are a minority owned dealership and we strive to give all our customers the best possible service regardless of their personal background. Integrity matters greatly to us. For context, the vehicle you reference was purchased over a year ago. "Hiding significant engine damage during the sales process" from a vehicle purchased a year earlier is quite a statement. We also offered you the opportunity to protect your purchase with a warranty, as we do to all our customers, especially older cheaper vehicles that no longer have their factory warranty. It was declined.

My 1st brand new veichle. Worst choice

Buying the brand new 2022 chevy silverado was great. BUT. 10hours after purchase the check engine light came on. They said it was the fan. 10 months later check engine light came on, now it the electrical box, 11 months later the check engine light came on, now it's the emissionscanister pump. All this not even 1 year old truck. Now I have to wait 4 weeks on a part without any veichle.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and utter dismay with the recent experience my elderly father had at Bical Chevrolet, located at 709 West Merrick Road, Valley Stream, NY 11580. This complaint pertains to the sale of a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan, a purchase that was made with great trust and hope for a reliable vehicle. My father, who has worked tirelessly throughout his life to secure his financial stability, invested his hard-earned money into this vehicle just one year ago. He managed to save enough, with the support of his children, to afford this $25,000 purchase. In the past year, he has driven the vehicle sparingly, accumulating only 3000 miles on it. Regrettably, our optimism regarding this purchase has been replaced with profound disappointment and a sense of betrayal. The reason for our dissatisfaction lies in the fact that the transmission of the vehicle is now experiencing significant issues, specifically slipping. It is disheartening to witness such a critical malfunction in a vehicle that was meant to provide reliable transportation. To add insult to injury, when I contacted Mark, the Sales Manager and the General Manager Diane at Bical Chevrolet, to discuss this issue, his and her response was deeply troubling. Mark's and Diane dismissive attitude and his comment that my father "should have bought an extended warranty" were not only unhelpful but also completely unacceptable. To refer to my father's purchase as "another scam" is not only disrespectful but indicative of a larger problem within your organization. Further investigation revealed that my father was misled by the salesman, "Roy Martin," during the initial purchase. Given my father's immigrant background and limited proficiency in English, he was particularly vulnerable to such deceptive tactics. It is unconscionable that an establishment such as Bical Chevrolet would engage in such practices, taking advantage of individuals who are trusting and may not fully understand the intricacies of a car purchase. I feel compelled to share this grievous experience with the broader public to protect others from falling victim to similar unscrupulous behavior. I intend to express my dissatisfaction through various online channels and social media platforms to ensure that potential customers are aware of the questionable practices employed by Bical Chevrolet in Valley Stream, NY, and any affiliated dealerships in the Tri-State area. I am deeply concerned about the unfortunate experience my immigrant father encountered with Bical Chevrolet, located at 709 W. Merrick Road, Valley Stream, NY 11580. My father, who speaks broken English and worked tirelessly to secure his financial stability, fell victim to exploitation when he purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership. This purchase was a significant milestone for him, as he had never before had the opportunity to own a nice used car. Tragically, he was deceived into buying a vehicle with a blown transmission. Despite having driven it for just 3000 miles, my parents primarily used the car for essential doctor's appointments. Regrettably, due to the vehicle's malfunction, they are now unable to attend crucial medical appointments, which poses a significant risk to their health. To add insult to injury, when I contacted Mark, the Sales Manager at Bical Chevrolet, to discuss this issue, his response was deeply troubling. Mark's dismissive attitude and his comment that my father "should have bought an extended warranty" were not only unhelpful but also completely unacceptable. To refer to my father's purchase as "another scam" is not only disrespectful but indicative of a larger problem within your organization. It is disheartening to witness how this company took advantage of my immigrant father, who lacked a full understanding of the transaction and struggled with the English language. I bought a used 2021 Equinox here last week.

I bought a used 2021 Equinox here last week. The used car manager, sorry forgot his name, worked with us on the price. Lisa our saleswoman was great. Overall we are happy with our purchase. Would Def recommend Bical Chevy.

Awesome Dealer

I was looking for a used. Camaro SS and Bical Chevy had one in stock i was able to talk to Johan and set up a test drive the car was super clean with low mileage so i start the purchase process and was out in less the two hours with my camaro. super nice staff i’ll highly recommend this dealership
