Very shady car salesman! Do not buy your car here. You can go elsewhere. I understand everyone needs to make their money but they are super shady and just fill in their pockets. BEWARE !

On February 2026 I bought a used chevy equinox the car is awesome the only problem is that I didn't see a bump in the rear tailgate they did just touch up and with the car wash the paint come off I went there to talk to the sales person Johan this person very very disrespectful with customers they don't care just want to sell and then forget about u do ur sel a favor don't waist ur money and time there I 2 or 4 months we r going to buy my son a car never never going back there If u buy used car there check 6 times or more because after u buy the car they won't do nothing good luck

STAY AWAY!!!Rip off ,my 95 yr old dad brought in his car for an inspection, told him his battery went dead and in order to inspect they need to put new battery in ,told him to leave car & will call when ready ,SIX days later told him to pick up car ,I drove in from another state to take him there .can you believe they charged him $610.00 to replace the battery???? 250.00 for labor ,asked to speak to G.M,said was not there .filed a formal complaint with B.B.B. shame they take advantage of old people, stay away from this place.

Everything was wonderful and great, My salesman Daryl was fantastic and easy to work with, no pressure at all. Everything was easy, my only concern was I had to pay a 3% surcharge on a $1,500 charge which was really a hold until my old title was found which it was, so I had to pay $45 on a hold that only lasted 18 hours being I found my title.

Eddy from sales was great. I came in to see the 2025 equinox. He showed all trims and models. I went with the Lt which had all the safty features Eddy did make yhe trade in and lease turnover easy. The car was teady the next day After some delays with new lease. I am pleased withv the car and service so far. Thank you Eddy and the team from Bical Chevrolet.
