Jerry repeatedly claimed to “stand behind the service,” yet refused to meaningfully address or guarantee resolution of the ongoing issue with my vehicle. The problem remains unresolved and cannot even be properly isolated, but instead of working collaboratively with me as the customer, he became defensive whenever I provided context and explained the repeated occurrences — despite the fact that he was not personally present during those incidents. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service skills. Rather than listening and trying to understand the concern, Jerry acted dismissive and immature, making the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. A true commitment to customer service means acknowledging concerns, communicating respectfully, and working toward solutions — not becoming offended when a customer is simply trying to explain an ongoing issue and seeking support and resolution.

I've used this dealership for serving and oil changes regularly for the past six years. Always courteous and answered questions and suggested the need for other maintenance without pressure. I just recently bought a new car there and I was prepared which made the process super easy.

We are out of state buyer looking to purchase a used Miata. The original quote had a base price of $25k, which we agreed on, and with that understanding we spent $200 for PPI to inspect the car. After the inspection was done (which reported more issue than the dealership has claimed), they sent us a new quote with the base price changed to $26k. They have regularly ghosted us and wasted our time, said they'd call back within an hour but you can expect a call 3 hours later. They have pulled a bait and switch last minute after we've paid for the inspection. It seems like they were just jacking up the price after they realized they have other buyers. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU'RE OUT OF STATE.

Brady and the sales manager Doug were awesome to work with . I will tell everyone I know that they should buy from cardinale way Mazda . They got me and my wife into an awesome cx5 and gave me a great deal . Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Service is second to none! Five stars for Jesus in the service department! Always communicating with me and keeping me updated. And honestly the price of fixing my car after a slight mishap was great! They gave me a loaner car that was amazing! Thanks so much!

If service after your purchase is important to you I highly recommend Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa. Jesus D. is my go to guy there. I have found Jesus to be very professional, attentive to details, and he always explains things thoroughly. Overall I am totally pleased with my experiences at Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa.

Everyone at CardinaleWay is friendly, knowledgeable about Mazdas, anvery helpful! I've been to quite a few dealerships in the many years that I've driven a car. CardinaleWay Mazda is THE best I've been to, ever!! I actually enjoy going there! When I get my CX5 back it's clean and completely checked out! I highly recommend them!!
