About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since August 2009.
Edward W. Napleton opened his first automotive business in 1931 on Chicago's South Side. With a $700 loan a strong work ethic and a belief in common courtesy he opened the Napleton Buick Service Station. Francis Napleton Edward's son was by his side to help foster the growth of the young business in its early years.

Napleton's first dealership was a DeSoto franchise and when that brand was discontinued with little warning Napleton quickly aligned itself with another Chrysler nameplate Plymouth eventually being awarded several additional franchises. Edward and Francis both believed in hard work and exceptional customer service value

Had the pleasure of buying a used 20224 BMW X4.

Had the pleasure of buying a used 20224 BMW X4. M40i from Naplleton’s Aston Martin of Downers Grover. Had been searching for several months now. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful, specially if you get a bad sales person. But I have say working with Brandon made my overall experience enjoyable from start to finish. He was very informative and easy to deal with. And at the end of the day Napleton seems to really take care of their customers!

Napleton’s Aston Martin Dealership is a company worth your business if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. They have quality people with your interest at heart from top down. I must however, single out Margaret. I bought a car as a customer from Colorado who had never even been to the dealership. I relied upon Margaret to be my “eyes and ears” and she did not let me down. I now have a vehicle that is one of the most beautiful cars that I have ever owned. I have been blown away by all of the comments that I have received regarding my purchase from people I have never met before. Margaret and Napleton’s checked all the boxes for me, and I have purchased a lot of cars in my life. Someday I hope to stop by the dealership and personally say thanks for the great experience, and of course to give Margaret a great big hug. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

I'll try to explain. I've never seen such unprofessionalism anywhere, people are arrogant. I guess their business is going very badly and they're very nervous. I gave up buying because of the bad atmosphere and people.

Super easy to work with, transparent, and respectful of

Super easy to work with, transparent, and respectful of one's time. We were able to agree on a price before we made the 3 hr trip and have the vehicle ready for us to test drive. Kudos to Margaret and Brandon!

From the moment I walked in Margaret introduced herself with a warm hug and assured me and my family would go home with a new car. I was able to take home the car I actually wanted with fair pricing. Alongside with the managers and front desk people they will make the whole experience stress free. As a women it’s a bit intimidating to buy a car on your own, not knowing if they would take advantage of you. I don't write often bad reviews but this is completely

I don't write often bad reviews but this is completely different. I come to see 2016 Range Rover diesel and was completely shocked when I saw how many scratches was on the car. Newer mention on description of the car or previous conversation with dealership. It's crazy what kind of price they add 23000 and later reduced after when I told them to 21000 that car nobody will buy for that price even if you reduce to 5,000 . Never come back again.
