My husband and brought our 2009 XF to Hennessy Jaguar Gwynnett because the engine light came on. We are from out of town and we were worried that it was a serious problem and wether or not it could be repaired in time to make the 600 mile trip back to VA early Mon morning. We were met by one of the Service Advisors, RICHARD DEVOT. I wrote his name in caps because I want you to understand how pleased we were with the service we received from Richard. He listened to our concerns and did everything to get our vehicle in the bay for repair immediately. Richard also kept us updated on the problem, what caused it and what they did to fix the issue. He was simply awesome and a reflection on the kind of customer service we all yearn for when we bring our vehicles in for maintenance or service. We want to sincerely thank Richard and Hennessy Jaguar Gwynnett for their outstanding service and professionalism. We were blown away. Truly awesome service!!
Josh Motes did a great a job. Very low pressure - but still an emphasis on customer service. Sales Manager and even General Manager went out of their way to spend some time with me, and everybody followed up after the sale.
The Hennessy Team made our purchase fast and easy. We are super happy with the service we received and love our new XK Convertible.
