I purchased a 2014 F150 with great mileage and overall in

I purchased a 2014 F150 with great mileage and overall in descent shape. However, when I test drove the truck the tire censer light was on. I was told it just needed air. When I came back after a few weeks of working out our deal. I purchased the truck and trailer-ed it home, due to the fact I was from out of state. The day after I left I noticed that both front tires were flat. It was still on the trailer at this point. (The issue was covered up). At the time of purchase the truck had a 100+ point inspection and a 60 day warranty. Neither the 60 warranty or inspection paperwork were given to me at the time I left the dealership. After having another auto shop in my town look at the tires and rims. It was noted that all of the rims had corrosion and would not hold air. As well as the tires had "tire rot". I have been attempting to contact the dealership now for 2 + months. They have not once responded to any of my emails & most of my calls. This could have been an easy fix but they chose to make this hard and give themselves a really bad wrap. I also had a tire blow out on I-75 down town Atlanta in morning rush hour traffic. This dealership sold a tuck that was not road worthy and refuses to fix it. I have spoken to Shaun the manager a few times and he basically said it's not their problem and the warranty did not cover this. There are FL laws that say this is there problem. This was a $30,000.00 investment and now I have to put $4k into is so I can drive it.This is unacceptable. Again they could have solved this very easy but refuse to. Do not buy from this dealership. It will cost you more money.

Was very pleased with my recent purchase at Mullinax Ford

Was very pleased with my recent purchase at Mullinax Ford in Apopka,Fl.The one thing I would have proffered is that I had been advised that the new vehicle was a loaner and it was not cleaned up when they new for a week or so I was coming to look at it.It was extremely dirty with candy and dog hair.

No response from the Apopka and Kissimmee locations. This was not only for this instance but previous attempts as well. Had a 'manager' reach out to ask if I received a response. I told him no and then there was no response.

Not sure what you are saying in that you did not have contact info when I have communicated by phone, text and email previously. Anyway I revisited the Apopka location yesterday and had a very informative session with Larry who took the time to go over the features of a F250 I was looking at. Kevin came in later and we spoke briefly. Afterwards, he followed up on some questions I had. Currently we are about $5k apart on a $70k truck.

So I purchased a brand new 2023 F150.
